Looks like Sherri had my review taken down. No problem, let’s try this again. Ive lived here over three years. This apartment is trash and so is property management. Specifically, the property manager, Sherri. Sherri has made living here unbearable. She’s a bully and extremely unpleasant. Check out the pictures of the toxic fine concrete dust maintenance left all over the halls. Perfectly safe for pets and people to inhale, nothing to see here.

After living here for about 5 months I can give a pretty accurate review of what it’s like to live here. Firstly they are very prompt on fixing maintenance requests which is very nice. The front office staff is pretty kind.

They require you to use the internet they provide but it is so slow, and it’s 45 dollars a month to use. With that price somewhere else you could have much faster wifi.
My biggest problem is when i moved in I made sure to ask if they have good sound proofing between floors as we have a baby and we had an issue with that in our last apartment. They gave the general answer of ‘In every apartment you’ll have noise’ which i agree but that’s not what I asked. And with that answer i shouldn’t have moved in, but i unfortunately did. I live on the *top floor* and the sound proofing is so terrible that me and my husband get woken up in the middle of the night several times a week because we can hear the slamming of our downstairs neighbors doors. We can hear our downstairs neighbors walking in their apartment & worst of all we can hear their dog that they let bark for hours on end well into the night that ends up waking our sleeping baby. We have called & recorded videos of the noise & even had to call the police some nights because of this but it’s still an ongoing issue no matter how many times we show the front office what we’re hearing. We only get a “We called them and they’re sorry it won’t happen again” response. Only for it to happen the next night again. If this is how loud it is in the top floor i can only imagine how loud it is to live in the 1st and 2nd floor.

Edit - Our noise problem has finally been solved and the front office was so amazing with making sure that it is staying that way. I really appreciate everything they’ve done.

Lived here for 2 years, no complaint at all ! Fast maintenance, great staff, beautiful facilities. Will definitely get all 5 from me ! Highly recommended for young couples

We just moved in today and could not be more pleased. The apartments are gorgeous. If you love to swim, this is the place to come to. They offer some apartments with yards for pets as well. Everything is clean and managed well. What I mostly want to mention is how amazing we were treated by the office staff. Seda in particular has been absolutely amazing. She called and text me throughout my process of moving to make sure I didn’t need anything. She made us feel so welcome and is one of the main reasons we chose this complex. I can’t wait to live out our lease and beyond here!!

Update: I love living here at the Ruby! My building is nice and quiet. I have friendly neighbors and the management team is so nice and helpful. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of my building and it is well lit at night. Overall, I enjoy my apartment and the amenities offered here.

I recently went on a tour at this complex with Megan. I had the best experience, she was very informative, and gave me all of the details I needed before signing my lease. The complex is very well kept, the bathrooms were clean (which is a big indicator of how well they keep up with things) and the location is great. The pool is huge and I love that they have a dog park for my pet. As we toured, the complex seemed very quiet, even though it's right off of the highway. I'm excited to move in and will update this once I get to experience life at the Ruby!

We have lived at the Ruby since August 2020 and renewed our lease for a 3rd time! We absolutely love it here! The complex has great amenities and the location is central to so many great spots, especially the retail shops right in walking distance, it’s so convenient. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and responds back very quick. We have loved all the different fun activities they have had over the years to make this place feel more like home. Overall, have loved our experience here and definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment complex. Safe environment amazing pool, and gym. The unit are nice and up to date. They also have a great maintenance team. They are quit to fix any issues in your unit. The front office is always good at keeping you updated with events and information. Been here for almost 2 years, and haven’t had any issues at the Ruby.

Sherri, Megan & Arlene are literally the best people ever! The only reason I am continuing my lease here is because of them! They are so sweet & kind and go above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy! The apartments are also super beautiful and well maintained
