This place is top notch in every respect—I don’t have a single negative comment about the food, service, or atmosphere (and I always find something to complain about!). Look, the place is pricey for sure (the tip was $100 for two people) but we didn’t feel it was overpriced in any way. If you can work it into your budget, be sure to give this a go; you won’t regret it.

Our family of four had a stellar experience at The Restaurant tonight. We shared 2 3-course meals with the Burrata and Scallop Risotto to start, Ribeye and Maine Lobster for Entrees and Baked Hawaiians for sweets. It was hard to decide what the best dish was. Ian our server gave us a complimentary glass of Champagne and Diego from the kitchen sent out an order oysters at no charge. We have never experienced such exceptional service. Ian and Diego made our vacation in Maui. Thank you!

Impeccable! It is a three course meal menu. We devoured the meal and special shout out for the chocolate dessert! It was a perfect meal. Beautiful ambience , lovely staff , I
Wish I met the chef so I could see who is behind these amazing dishes. We tried the beets and greens salad , the egg plant dish and also the lobster tail which were phenomenal and the desserts!!if you are staying there or enjoy fine dining which is really fine go! Look the presentation in the pics 😊

We stayed at Hotel Wailea in Maui for a week and ate at their restaurant for Christmas 🎄and it was amazing! We really bonded with the head chef Ryan Cruz as he was saying hi to all the tables. He invited us into his kitchen to watch the incredible cooking! He lit my dessert on fire 🔥! This place deserves 1-2 Michelin stars and I am sure it will be in the next year! With the Christmas spirit and the incredible surroundings and company, it was truly one of the best dinners of my life ❤️

Weston (the dinner waiter) was absolutely amazing. We actually ended up eating at the restaurant twice and he had our preferences memorized from the first dinner and knew exactly what to recommend for us during the second dinner.

We also ate here every AM for breakfast as well. The team was soooo amazing. They helped us try passion fruit because it was so hard to come by at end of season. Danny, the waiter for breakfast, was totally adorable and top notch! He was so friendly and cool and just was totally impressive in his service abilities. He always had an infectious positive attitude even on xmas eve and day!

Came here for brunch, not staying at the hotel.

The service and views are amazing.

Breakfast food menu is quite limited but very delicious. I went for the ricotta pancakes with bacon. Very good.

I also recommend getting the island fruit plate as it’s quite large and very fresh.

My wife and I just had the most amazing experience at The Restaurant. We were also lucky enough to meet chef, which was truly an iconic moment.

The star of the show (besides the food) goes to Weston. He provided the most amazing experience for my wife and I for our wedding anniversary celebration. I can’t say enough good things about him; his recommendations were amazing, his energy was infectious, and his attention to detail was like nothing we had experienced before.

Top to bottom the service was amazing. The two servers from Argentina were very professional and accommodating.

A big thanks goes to the manager Jonathan for recommending not only one of the best meals, but making sure we had the best stay while at Hotel Wailea. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay & eat for our wedding anniversary. We just got back to our room and already can’t wait to visit Hotel Wailea & The Restaurant again.

Dining at The Restaurant was a very special evening for us that we still talk about. The atmosphere is incredibly beautiful and intimate. The service by Weston was impeccable. He suggested beautiful dishes for us to eat, accompanied by absolutely fantastic wine.

We also got to meet the chef, it was great to see the hustle and bustle in the kitchen and see the passion that goes into each dish.

Would definitely eat here again!

The atmosphere is perfect. The service was Korea/Japan 5-star hotel grade. But the 2.5 hr course with three dishes per person was annoying. I just like all the servings came with Bernardaud plates 🫠
