A nice quality clean place to stay. No frills. Super nice owners and management. A real asset to Milbridge. They've been in business a long time because they do it right. Highly recommended. I've stayed here several times. Early Spring to late Fall.

Went with friends from Boston and wanted somewhere in easy distance to Bar Harbour. We had a ferry booked from winter harbour, What a find, rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and the view was beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Pointed us in The direction of the local restaurant within walking distance. It was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend

Great place! Clean, cozy, nice people. Very comfortable rooms. Great balcony view overlooking the lawn going down to the river. Watched the tides change, gulls and eagles. Reminds me of Maine in the 70s, the way life should be.🙂

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We chose the Garden view building and the views were amazing. We could see right over the whole property to the water and very much enjoyed ourselves! The rooms were good, all the amenities I could want, and all very clean as well. No noises from the other rooms to bother us and everyone here kept to themselves so it was quite pleasant! The only issue we had while we stayed is our microwave was having issues and when we brought it up to the staff they said they would get it fixed as soon as possible and that we could use the one in the staff room whenever we liked instead which was super nice! All in all a beautiful spot with clean rooms and super nice staff means we will be coming here again on our next vacation!

Found this little gem as the last stop on our 8 day roadtrip from Maine thru Canada and back. We found it a few days prior to our stop and could not be happier with the place. The Room was huge, clean and updated and the check in was simple and easy. If your looking for a place to stay in this area... just stay here. I do not do reviews often but this place deserves All the Stars. Also, when you wake up head down the street to the little breakfast place, Milbridge House Restaraunt I think, top notch breakfast too.

We set off in the fall to Maine for our first time.

We are “last minute”, “figure things out along the way” type people.

What an excitement it was to find this cozy and conveniently located place to stay! That accepts DOGS!

This was our first trip taking our dog anywhere. He did so great, we took both our dogs across country after!

Place was clean. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the parks. And did I mention, dog friendly 🐕

Highly recommend!
