First, the lobster is taken from it's water of origin within 24 hours of service. This is absolutely critical for a proper lobster boil.
The corn on the cob was perfect. It is the right time of year for great local corn.
Best for last, the staff! Preparation, execution, clean up, and professional. At the finish it was like they were not there... Amazing!

Highly recommend. Nothing overlooked. Perfect lobster.

The Maine Lobsterbake Company made our wedding day truly spectacular. The food was delicious. The clam chowder was creamy and flavorful, the lobster was sweet and perfectly cooked, the mussels were meaty and tastefully seasoned, and the corn bread moist. Even the blueberry cake dessert was the best I've ever had! All passed hors d'oeuvres and stationary appetizers were fantastic. Zero complaints. Fantastic service. Highly recommend!!
