You must stop at the Lincolnville Motel on your trip up the Maine Coast! It is so quaint and every detail beautifully thought out - down to a small vase of fresh flowers in the bathroom! We loved the modern feel paired with the rustic cabins! The collection of cookbooks and records were fun to peruse! And we absolutely loved the resident golden retriever Sally! We hope to be back when it’s warmer so we can have a dip in the pool!

As others we enjoyed just a one night stay in a cute little cabin on our way to Bar Harbor but would have loved to stay longer. Very clean and uniquely furnished, we enjoyed perusing the 33's and finding those to our liking and playing on the "in room" record player. Bathroom was a little too cozy but bed was VERY comfortable. Enjoyed meeting Alice and Sally her dog, Common room with great early AM coffee. Would love to stay at a warmer time to enjoy the pool.

Very impromptu visit that was so, so needed. I have always had my eye on this place and was thrilled to see they had availability on such a short notice. We were wrapping up unfinished business just north of Belfast and to not have to drive back to Portland and have a little fun was in order. We visited old friends in Hope and had a great dinner in Camden. Alice was so lovely and Sally the dog showed us all her toys. The delicious coffee in the morning was a great send off for our ride back home. Recommend a stop at the Camden Deli for their fresh fruit and breakfast sandwich! We will be back!

Our stay was perfect! We loved the little cottage with a blue door, and the beautiful water view from our room. The Motel has a very cool vibe, with turntables in every room, along with albums that bring back lots of memories. The common area is super artsy with pillows of different fabrics, a globe collection, and cookbooks arranged by color. One day we woke up to about 4 giant floating animals in the pool. The owner definitely has a keen sense of style and takes excellent care of the property with a fine sense of detail. It was clean, comfortable and we would definitely come back...in fact, I can't wait!

Like many others, we only stayed 1 night but wished we could have stayed a little longer. It's rare that we slow down on vacations, but we really did while visiting. We arrived early and decided to sit on the lounge chairs on the deck and ended up unintentionally taking a 45 minute nap. It was a welcomed surprise. We visited Camden and Rockland, before returning with dinner. We decided to eat in the common area and were soon joined by another couple. It was so refreshing to have a conversation with other travelers in such a cozy intimate space. Truly felt like a "movie moment". Thank you Alice for the hospitality!

The cutest spot! We loved having Sally, the golden retriever around to play with. The cottages are quaint and relaxing. Alice had the most wonderful recommendations for dinners, drinks and sunsets. We hope to come back one day!

We only stayed one night, but wished we stayed longer. The Lincolnville Motel far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the cabins, and they were very cute and cozy. The interior was bright and welcoming with all kinds of small touches that made the experience enjoyable. The record player in every room and record collection in the main building made for great listening. The sauna and pool were both inviting, even in October. The owner and her golden retriever, Sally, were very welcoming and put lots of thoughtful touches on the property. Definitely on our list for future stays.

Perfect location for a weekend in Maine. Owner was incredibly accommodating and has a lot of love for the property. Cabin was thoughtfully furnished, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view, can’t complain!
