They don’t even deserve one star. This is my 2nd time living here and it’s gotten even worse. Parking slabs are poured incorrectly which leads to large amounts of flooding with rain, causing tenants to walk through puddles of 2-3 inches just to access their vehicles. They give obscene fines for parking violations and if they cared about the quality of our appliances, homes and surrounding areas as much as they do about parking fines this place would be magical. We have had our microwave out for 3+ weeks now and nothing has been done. We were told the maintenance man can’t fix it because he “doesn’t specialize in microwaves” and that the leasing office had no timeline for when the microwave could be replaced because “ the vendor comes and goes as they please”. This is downright unprofessional and disrespectful to all tenants. The Islands is a joke of a community. Do not live here.

Terrible staff!!! The rudest people in the office you will ever meet!!! They don’t help and when u send in a request they don’t care!!! Would not recommend this place! Me and my neighbors have had so many problems with washers! My washer flooded my house and no one from staff came out to see about it!!!! JUST TERRIBLE

To say I am so happy we no longer have to deal with this place ever again is an understatement. I would never be able to explain what a truly terrible, awful experience this place was. The fact that the problems and maintenance issues that were there from the first visit to the unit b4 move in - that even after mentioning numerous times - a yr later at move out still were never fixed. The one thing that was-holes in the linoleum - had a piece of jagged ,not matching linoleum that looked like it was out down with peanut butter. Safety hazard a fuses box & wires in a clothes closet with door that would not even close. Very rude management, with no professionalism. Literally would ride by apartments and send messages threatening that visitors cars- whether parents, siblings or friends - would be towed if not moved immediately- dryer would take 2/3 cycles to dry clothes but never would fix. Had signed contact for pet friendly unit - but due to lies after the fact by a roommate that was encouraged by management was not allowed to bring pet & the current tenant who had lived there 3 yrs with licensed emotional support dog was forced to move out. Glad to never have to give this place one more cent and would never encourage anyone to live here.

This place is terrible! If
You want stuff fix then you shouldn't even call them bc it's not even possible to get people out here to fix anything and if they do come out and quote in quote fix it it really isn't fixed. Terrible staff wouldn't recommend

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Management is terrible. Wifi is included in the amenities and it goes out all the time. Even though the management is the internet account holder, they don’t bother calling Vyve and getting it fixed. They want the renters to call the internet company. Seems like they pick and choose who they are nice to or who they give good service to. They Most definitely NOT give college students good service.
It took them months to paint the front door adage we moved in ( had splatter and egg shells on it when we moved in ).
The front door keypad kept malfunctioning and they kept suggesting we didn’t know how to operate it. We kept putting in new batteries and we were still getting locked out. Until they finally replaced the key pad.

These are the most Racist Incompetent Folks I’ve met. They try to talk to you all kinds of ways but get scared in the process. They do not care for keeping up the units! It is NOT worth the money or hassle! And if you’re African American I’ll suggest ANYWHERE Else near GSU but not the ISLANDS!!!!!!!

nice quiet place to live but management is terrible you tell them you need something and it takes them days to come do it Wouldn’t stay here if you like your stuff in your house fixed right away.
