Our experience with Morgan and The Island Agency was outstanding and I don't think that our purchase would have been possible without their experience, skill, and local knowledge. Our home was subject to three existing 100 year old easements and required four new easements as part of the purchase. Hours and hours of negotiation were required among the buyers, sellers, abutters and all the respective lawyers. Morgan managed this process superbly. Her hard work, organizational skills, and good cheer made it all possible.
Equally important, Morgan is really fun to work with and she is a very well respected member of out island community.
