Great place, way out of the way. If you’re looking to hang out and watch the ocean, this is your place (5 STAR). If you're wanting nightlife or a kid friendly place not so much (3 STAR). Waves are pretty strong at this beach, so never turn your back on them when you're in the ocean. Also, this is NOT a HOTEL, it has individual owners, 32 units of timeshare (out of 116 units), full time residents and rentals. So DON'T EXPECT HOTEL like services here. Each class of occupancy provides different service levels as set by the unit operator.

All the rooms face west so everyone has an ocean front room. This was wonderful to watch the turtles and to see beautiful sunsets. The slightly downside is your room is hot all afternoon because the sun beats in and the curtains don't really block out the heat. Our room never got below 75 and we're here in March. While the view is beautiful, the location is not the best. You're at least 45 minutes to everything. Honolulu, Waikiki, and North Shore are an hour away without traffic. And there's ALWAYS traffic. There's really nowhere to eat here, so plan to cook in your unit. But if you're after a quiet, no frills, beautiful beach location, this is a great place.

Our corner apartment was amazing, best view ever. Wrap around balcony overlooking sandy beach. Views from every room. Location far west past normal tourist area so a minimum hour drive to get anywhere, but perfect if just wanting the beach.

Beautiful accommodation with the most stunning views. Watching sunrise or sunset from the balcony is bliss and it was the perfect view to wake up to. There is direct access onto the beach that requires a key fob to access, and the swimming pool is great too. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all present. There are also beach towels and chairs in the room for use at the beach. Plenty of parking available and great access to the bus system too. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week in Oct 2024 at these Condos on the 7th floor and our place was very clean and the view was incredible.
The place is a gated community where you can walk out from your condo to the beach. They also have an outside pool and hot tub.
We loved our stay and would go back again when we Visited the island.

Condos appear to be individually owned. Individual condos can be dated and need updating. Clean in the areas we used, lobby, beach, elevators. Generally the condo and beach are nice and secure with gates that need key fob to enter and get up in the elevators and out to the beach and pool. The area has ALOT of homeless....living on most of the area beaches. Makes the entire area trashy.
