What a great gem in the heart of the city. Thoroughly enjoyed my food, atmosphere, and service. Taylor was a great bartender. She was friendly and had a great knowledge of the drinks. The food was filling and delicious. I visited on a Thursday night and parking was pretty easy. This is definitely a great place with a chill vibe. I highly recommend the salmon, pork and chicken empanadas. Also a great place to purchase art from local artists.

This place has been in my bucket list for some time and I finally made it. I went to grab lunch with my daughter. Love the atmosphere and 90s music. We weren’t greeted by anyone when we got there, it was self seated at the time. It took sometime for someone to approach our table. We waited patiently and the waiter took our order. All I have to say is the wait time was worth it. The empanadas are delicious and drink was really good too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but keep in my mind you have to be patient. 🙂

This place is hyped too much on social media. The empanadas didn't live up to the hype at all. The filling in empanadas is very disappointing. Don't get deceived by looking at the pictures, the empanadas look huge but the filling is not even half. Not worth the price.

However the service was good, we ordered a chicken empanada but they accidentally gave us a salmon one instead. Fortunately, they exchanged it and made a new chicken empanada for us. If we had to pay $13 for the salmon empanada, I would have been highly disappointed.

Lastly the empanadas are pricey, half filled and very very greasy literally the oil is dripping out for the salmon empanada. Chicken empanada tastes decent.

I am sorry empanada lady. I don't recommend you

My bestie and I came in before opening and Tubbs allowed to come and sit at the bar. He made awesome drinks and had great conversation. He was very attentive and gave great food recommendations. The food was by far the best. I had a chicken and beef empanadas and they were so flavorful. The chicken wasn't dry. We had a great time and tipped big! Please come and ask for Tubbs!

My friends and I stopped by this place after a performance. One of my friends is vegetarian and ordered their nachos without protein. Apparently they make their own tortilla chips and my friend did not enjoy the taste. He bit one chip and immediately decided he didn't want them. The manager left the nachos on the table even though she had already been informed he didnt want them, until eventually we verbally stated that they could remove the tray because we weren't going to eat it. When the bill came the nachos were still on there. I complained. The manager said the nachos were prepared correctly so the most she could do was give me 50% off the dish which was higher than their company policy allows. I was confused. I reiterated to her that we did not like nor consume the nachos. Finally I had to threaten to walk out on the whole bill if the charge for the nachos were not removed. Once I took that approach, the nachos were removed, I paid my bill and left. The audacity to try and charge me for some food I didn't eat was crazy. I'll never go there again.

Visited from out of town, and this place is soooo good! I was actually looking for restaurants while on the plane, and found this place. The stew rice, the chicken nada, the beef nada, the chips and salsa.. excellent! We found our go to spot when we come back into Baltimore! The waitress was amazing as well. Thank you for an amazing meal and the hospitality! 😀
