I’ve been a resident at The Dylan for almost a month and I’m so happy with my experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Yvonne, my leasing agent. She was incredibly professional, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend The Dylan to anyone looking for a welcoming community! Check out the photos from The Love at First Bite Valentine’s dinner that was hosted by the loving staff here at The Dylan🥰 Also, we a live band for this event! The event was really nice and enjoyable!

Very good apartment complex , living for about a year. The girls in the office are wonderful and responsive. All services are performed efficiently. Today, master Darrell came to us and did an excellent job. We are always grateful for such an attitude towards residents

I’ve lived here for 5 months. The apartments are quiet and comfortable. The community is awesome with great neighbors. Best of all is the staff. The front office is amazing. They know all their residents and make everyone feel special. The maintenance staff is always ready to help and service tickets are always attended to promptly. 100% recommend living here.

Have been living here for almost a year now and I love it! Management team is very responsive and informative. But I have to brag on the Maintenance team. They are all exceptionally thorough and kind. Shay & Darrell were able to get my work order completed in a timely matter during the busy holiday season and had smiles on their faces the entire time. Altogether, it’s been a great experience so far and I look forward to living here another year!

I've been a resident @ The Dylan for almost a month and I must say I have been highly pleased with the entire staff from top too bottom. Yvonne, my Leasing Agent, was sweet and really help me find the right unit for me, she also did a great job explaining the amenities (which ended up being the separating point for me at the end when comparing my final options.).

Crystal, who works in the office, has also been a big help. She assisted me with my move in equipment (fob and car sticker), but has been kind enough to help me with numerous minor personal crises during the transition.

The Maintenance staff have also been very welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Frank and Darryl (I hope I spelled it right), They have helped me move some pretty heavy boxes to my apartment and have made me feel very welcomed.

The Community has been nice, quiet, and drama free. You are also very close to a number of food establishments, upper scale gas stations, grocery stores, and more.

Hands down the sweetest staff I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Lesha and Myia are the best! Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help! My job has relocated me back home to GA from Colorado and this crew made it seamless! Always answers the phone and responds to maintenance requests. During my walk through we noticed I did not have a washer and dryer. Myia put the request in and made sure I had one the next day before the office closed before the holidays. Very neat and clean community and the clubhouse is amazing. Family came over for the first time and felt like they were at a “resort”! I cannot wait until warmer weather to utilize the year around pool! Thank you again for making my relocation back home an enjoyable one!

5/5 stars-- The Dylan is a great place to live. I will be here until I leave the Fairburn area. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and truly understanding and professional. Daryl is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. I recommend the Dylan at Fairburn to many friends moving to the area.
