This is an old hotel the parking was a bit difficult to navigate but not terrible. Everything was clean in the room and if you are into history this is definitely the location for that! They have vintage luggage and items around and even how they check in has that vibe. The restaurant was quiet and a bit dark but the chicken wings were large and in charge! Great prices room and extremely quiet. There was no ac that I saw in the room but it was comfortable enough since I was just staying one night.

I stayed the end of January 2025. The location in Abbeville is ideal to be able to walk the whole town. The rooms are quaintly furnished with antique furniture. Most have great views of town. The Italian food and then the breakfast at the Inn was DELICIOUS! The drinks from the bar were as well. The people there are what makes the place. Blake made us feel special. Suzanne and the rest of the staff did as well.

Excellent customer service. The owner Jim is just the best and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!!! The hotel is so full of character & super romantic. The details make the difference. Love the rooms and the delicious continental breakfast in a warm cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back soon!! I can’t say enough about this place!!!

We stayed at the Belmont Inn over Thanksgiving. The room was very cold and the temperature was only 64 degrees. When we called to ask that the temperature be fixed, they only left a blanket on the bed. I have called customer service with no resolution. I asked to be reimbursed and the Belmont Inn refused to refund, if you stay at the Belmont Inn you are best to pack a heater.

Check in March 20 was suppose to stay 3 nights got up Friday morning no hot water was told it would be back on that night it wasn't. I was told that the hot water was cut of that Tuesday before we checked in owner didn't pay bill.Would have been nice if they told me before I checked in that there was no hot water.Rooms where clean,staff was nice breakfast was bad.Who wants to stay when there no hot water.

Hotel horribly run down and the room was FILTHY; not worth $50 per night let alone the $165 I spent. Most of the battered mismatched furniture looked like it was found on the street; actually furniture off the street might have bern an upgrade. . Broken furniture, fan vents without covers, a prescription pill and food between couch cushions(photo of pull anf food on stained broken marble table), a door knob that fell off constantly, peeling paint, a plethora of power cords in an old hotel that would make a fire marshal faint. Actually had to unlpug a cord to power up lamps. Heard.a new owner is taking over in 2025; hopefully it will be one that knows what they are doing. Location is great and staff friendly, but lacked training. Was told it was a boutique hotel, but more of a flophouse. Only stayed a 2nd day because we were too tired to move and only in town for two days.. Management should be taken to task. Did not try the restaurant which the locals swear by (especially Sunday brunch) because I refused to spend another penny in the property. Could be a special property with a significant money investment and new leadership.

My dad stayed at the in Christmas Week, when he arrived the put him in a room with no heat, he is 86 years old, the did find him another room, but ended up with no refrigerator or microwave. My husband and I have eaten many times in the bar and grill located in the hotel, but this time we where very unsatisfied with the meal, they brought us out our meals didn't give any plates or silverware, he got the nachos and I ask for the chicken wings with garlic parm, they where out of the garlic parm , so I ask for plain chicken wings and thats what I got, overcooked with no seasoning at all. We figured it would be a one time thing so we tried it again the next day, instead we got the Buffalo chicken wings same thing no season and over cooked. They are under new ownership and management. They have a new menu with some slightly changes, with the added more to the main dishes like a chicken and pork would be nice, I thought the steak was a bit pricy. The where nice enough to heat up my Dads left overs for him since he didn't have a microwave in his room. But was also mention they had a microwave in the breakfast room. For future reference.

Such a cute hotel in a beautiful town! Everyone was incredibly nice and the rooms were beautiful and well taken care of. Looking forward to my next trip back!
