I have been to the property numerous times to do maintenance,and the leasing consultant to TaMia always gives great customer service. She is always pleasant and smiles. Every time someone enters the room. This property is very well maintained and the office staff is extremely pleasant and informative. This would definitely be an option for me when I’m ready to move

Moving into my apartment has been a wonderful experience. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with updated appliances and a layout that perfectly suits my needs. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process especially Monica who was so knowledgeable and so helpful, readily answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly. The neighborhood feels safe and conveniently located near shops and public transportation, making it a great place to call home.

The staff here are very professional and kind. I have to frequent the facilities always find it to be a nice visit. Also the grounds are lovely; they even have there own trial around the community for walks. Its nice to take a monument and walk the trail.

Well I would have to say I have seen and lived thru a transition, or you could say transformation of the complex. The grounds are very well kept and routinely maintained, they have lighting everywhere in the complex, I’ve got a brand new deck and that was a surprise to me !!! The walk ways and stairs are clean. The pool area is beautiful and they have also added a very nice exercise room, very nice! I have live here off and on for several years, I would say this is there best version…The management and entire staff are on point. Give Thanks

I have lived here since February of 1999. When l first moved here these were really luxurious apartments. Over the years the place changed hands many times. There have been over half a dozen owners at least. Up until the pandemic things were fine. During 2000 and continuing until the summer of 2023 things were in serious decline. The people stopped doing anything as they were trying to sell it. After the property was surveyed, a precursor to a change of hands, months went by. Finally, in June 2023 the new people came in and things slowly started improving. They had a daunting task ahead of them. In September a pipe burst in the unit above me and flooded my kitchen, ruining the cabinets. The repair was so expansive that l had to move out for almost two weeks. The management allowed me to camp out in a vacant unit while the work was being done. That helped me a lot. They put in new cabinets, floor and counter tops. They also resurfaced my bathroom sinks and tubs. I got a new dishwasher and hot water heater, too. The ladies in the office are nice and doing their best l truly believe. As l said, they had a daunting task when they took over. The maintenance supervisor Dre and his parter Dale helped a lot when l had to go to the other building. They are pleasant, competent workmen, although they have to go through a lot of channels to get things approved. All in all it is a safe community and the Decatur area is booming. As a senior l like being close to the DeKalb Medical Center, too. I hope things continue to improve here and feel like it has taken a turn for the better. I am posting a picture of my new cabinets as well as a shot of my camp in Apr. #102.

I have nothing to say but great things about The Avenues of North Decatur. The front office ladies Monica, Shalena and Tamia always greets me with nothing but kindness and always ensues that my concerns are heard and strives to ensure that they are 100 % resolved.

The maintenance team Deondre, Dell and Tonio are on point. They are professional at the highest levels, they move quickly to resolve maintenance problems (which I have not had many) and works diligently until the issue has been resolved. They work tirelessly to ensure the grounds on the property are always clean to provide the atmosphere one wants to come home to.

My unit is absolutely beautiful. The renovations that has been done definitely gives that upscale living experience.

Kudos to this property and stay.

I absolutely love The Avenues of North Decatur!!! Everything about this place is amazing!!! Let's start with the Property Manager, Monica... She made me feel so welcomed and the process was very easy because she explained everything as we went along! Her knowledge of the property and the community are extremely exceptional!!! She also had recommendations for things that I needed to ensure the my daughter and I could maneuver!!! Moving in was also awesome!!! I needed some things done the day that we moved in and the maintenance crew were on it!!! The men were pleasant and courteous!!! I feel safe and am very comfortable in our new home and am definitely recommending this apartment complex to any and everyone that is looking for a home!!!

I am sooooooo very grateful!!!! Needed to add that the maintenance crew came and fixed all of the things that I needed done with the best attitudes ever!!! Dell is definitely in the right position!!! He shared thoughts and ideas that let me know that he knew his job well and while he worked he was so pleasant and polite!!! Antonio came to assist and was also helpful in completing the tasks at hand!!!!

I had an emergency lastnight and I called maintenance after hours and in no time Anthony came knocking on my door . He was very friendly and came and fixed the issue I had . I just moved here and everyone is so friendly and pleasant
