Genial!|Son dos casitas muy bien ubicadas, totalmente limpias y reformadas, con personal muy amable que te hace sentir muy acogido.|La habitación que tuvimos estaba bien de tamaño y tenia una ducha fantastica! |El desayuno estuvo incluido y muy bien, iriginal y sano.|Además, nos dieron muchas facilidades para aparcar el coche.|Ah! Y nos dejaron un IPad con enlaces a multitud de atracciones y restaurantes.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at The Attwater! First, Peter (Manager) made the visit more rewarding than we even expected. His wonderful recommendations & stories shared of Newport’s history really enriched our experience. He also made an impressive breakfast each morning, which was excellent! Our room was perfectly appointed with no details lacking. Comfortable bed & updated bathroom plus luxury soaps & shampoos. Parking was included free of additional charges. Add to all of this, gracious flexibility provided relative to check-in & check-out, which was sincerely appreciated. The property felt like a high-end bed & breakfast! Do not hesitate to stay here!!

Amazing location. So easy to walk to so many places in Newport. Highly responsive and friendly staff. Staff is very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Very clean. Parking and check in instructions were clear. Room was comfortable. I slept great every night there.

I recently stayed here with my bf, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The Attwater itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the Lark room and it was immaculate—spotlessly clean and so thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the room itself was spacious and airy. I loved the nice lighting throughout, which created a relaxing atmosphere, and the fireplace was beautiful. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring double sinks and a nice bathtub. A large closet and refrigerator for added convenience.

The staff truly stood out—friendly, and attentive. Shout out to Peter who truly made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, feeling homemade, healthy, and delicious. From fresh fruits to warm pastries. Plus, the availability of an ice maker, coffee, and tea anytime was a lovely touch.

The location was another bonus. Situated within walkable distance to shops and restaurants.

Overall, the Attwater provided a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

There was some confusion in our checkin. But the communication was excellent and we were in our room in no time. The room itself was quite comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom were nice too. However the room was on the third floor and there is no elevator so if you’re got a lot of luggage or have problems lifting it be mindful and book something on the lower floors. The breakfast is excellent and there was a different breakfast each day with good variety and coffee available all day. They made cookies during the evenings and they were top notch too. Whoever does the baking needs a raise. The only thing they might improve is slightly better televisions available in rooms.

Second stay and once again it was a great experience!!! Peter made us feel like family- loved our chats- we had a nice upgrade to a suite which was a surprise- the Attwater is just the right size- you get the caring touch but all the upscale perks that you appreciate- we would never think of staying anywhere else on our return to Newport!

We are seniors who travel a lot --mid week and off season. A lovely hotel. We only stayed one midweek night. Easy to find. We were able to check in early because the room was ready. I only met the manager (Randy?). She was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The electric fireplace added to the ambiance. We were in room 21 (or maybe 22). It was a king suit with a sitting room. Breakfast was amazing and nicely presented. I would go there again.

The hotel had a cozy, modern vibe with a mix of stylish touches that made it feel both chic and comfortable. The staff were friendly and really made me feel at home. My room was spacious, with all the amenities I needed, plus a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and plenty of great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
