Horrible food. Horrible service. We finished our appetizer before we got drinks, sweet tea tasted unsweet, food was cold and had to be sent back. It was just atrocious. We will never be back.

Second time going here. Food was really good. Hot and seasoning was perfect. We started with cheese sticks as an appetizer. I ordered the grilled chicken pasta (didn't realize it was blackened but it was good) and my husband had the ragin cajun chicken wrap with cajun fries. I also had the $2 house margaritas! Not strong but good for the price.
Added a few pictures from a different day. Ended up with cheese sticks again, I got the chicken quesadillas with a side salad and my husband got fried shrimp basket with cajun fries. I had to leave room for dessert this time. I got the cheesecake eggrolls!!!! SO GOOD!!! Even had live music this time.

Once bitten, twice shy ! ! After we received the menus it was at least 10, maybe 15 minutes before the waitress came to take our orders. My wife and I both ordered the chicken fried steak. BIG MISTAKE ! ! The meat was grey in the middle and under the breading it was dark brown, obviously overcooked. It was almost impossible to cut it with the steak knife. The side order of mashed potatoes were cold also. When I complained, they removed one of the plates from the check but not both. It was our 1st time but NEVER AGAIN ! !

I’ve been to this place a few times. Originally (2 years ago) it was good. The catfish with crawfish étouffée was delicious. Since then most of the food is just average. Whether the food is good depends on what day you get it. Inconsistency is a red flag for any restaurant. Recently I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo. I received a styrofoam container for a bowl that was barely half full, and the gumbo was room temperature. The worst part is the place is unsanitary. Cooks handling food without gloves on, dirty bar area. I don’t see how this place stays open. Maybe it’s the live music?

Food was absolutely amazing, would recommend anything with the pulled pork. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the southside burger with queso. We will be back🤤

I ate at this restaurant frequently because the food was amazing….however, I decided to dine in one Sunday afternoon at the bar and realized thier cooks were very unsanitary! One of the cooks had a bandaid wrapped around two fingers and was picking up food with his bare hand to cook…mind u I had a burger on the grill and he grasped the cheese out the bucket bare hand then wiped his hand on his shirt while proceeding to grab tomates ond lettuce to put on the burger! Totally disgusted by this I let the waitress know we will cancel our order and won’t be back

Everybody in our group loved the food that they got! The service was amazing. All around will definitely be visiting this place a lot more.

I recently visited Acadiana Bar and Grill and honestly cannot understand how this place is still in business. The food was mediocre at best, lacking any real flavor or seasoning. The drinks were an absolute scam. I ordered a couple of weak cocktails, and they tasted like nothing more than fruit juice—no hint of alcohol whatsoever. It felt like I was being ripped off.

The service was just as bad. The staff was slow, rude, and completely inattentive. We waited far too long for anything, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Our table was dirty, and to make matters worse, no one even offered to clean it. And then a massive, disgusting brown stain dripped down the wall underneath the TV. This brown stain was right behind our heads because it was right at our table. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, which didn’t help the miserable experience. There were people playing cornhole indoors, which seemed to echo because it was on a stage.

For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a basic level of quality. Instead, you get weak drinks, poor service, and a filthy environment. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please save your money and go somewhere that cares about its customers.
