Taotaotea located right next to the o reilly is a small boba shop in saratoga.

Owned by taiwanese aunties who seem to enjoy cutesy aesthetics and very homey and loving vibes.

They have a lot of deals especially for the prospect high schoolers across the street

Overall some of their tea and boba is very unique but the tea wasn’t as strong for some.

I really enjoyed their fruit teas as it had a lot of flavor to it.

Boba was also solid when fresh

Would come again if i need a quick boba fix in saratoga

It was my first time here, but I ordered two drinks and brought them home to drink. It was pretty and delicious. $35 per bag containing 40 beef and pork and seafood dumplings. They say they make their own and sell it, so I'll have to eat all the dumplings at home and go buy them next time.

Love love love this place! All the ingredients were fresh, we could see the owners making the drinks in the back with so much care. Boba tasted fresh and chewy. All the flavors we tried were fantastic.

I've never left reviews on Google, nor do I eat/drink out that much, but this place was so good I just had to leave a review! I saw this place often while on my way to my part-time job in the past and decided to go today. I got the Tiger Boba Milk Tea and it was really really goodーthe tapioca pearls are soo soft and chewy, and the tea itself has a lot of flavor and tastes really good too! It was really refreshing for a summer afternoon. Their other drinks seemed so cute and good, so I had a hard time choosing. But I really enjoyed the drink I ordered and would like to come back again?In addition the staff were so nice and welcomed me in very kindly and recommended me what drinks to try! The cashier who helped me was very kind to me as well. Overall the drinks are of very good quality and at reasonable prices, and the service is very nice and the shop is so cute; I recommend this place!!! I think I might only want to come to Taotao Tea from now on, I really liked the atmosphere and drinks of this place?Thank you for the boba!!!

Edit 6/28 : Had a great time today too and the staff were soo nice to me and created an amazing drink as usual!!!!! Thank you for a gracious amount of tapioca pearls too~ (they're so soft and fresh)

First time trying this boba place. It was hard to make a choice between the speciality milk teas and the fruit teas, because both options seemed very appealing. After debating in my head for a minute I ended up choosing the Oreo brûlée milk tea with boba. To my surprise, the tea was rich and smooth, the boba is perfectly “al dente” (or chewy?), and the Oreo was still crunchy! It was more than a drink, it was a perfect dessert for a weekday afternoon ?! Love the warm and personal service too, both servers are nice and have great smiles. They made me feel welcomed. I think I will definitely try their fruit tea next time though, since I saw all the fresh fruit in their kitchen and I figured that they probably use fresh ingredients in their fruit teas as well. Anyway, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

A few new bubble tea places have popped up in the South Bay area lately. Taotao tea is no exception. This is not your typical mom and pop bubble tea place because it's operated by a dynamic brother and sister duo. After commenting on how unique and special some of their drinks are, the brother barista told me he has traveled the world and tasted many different kinds of bbt to come to create his own art. Most of the drinks on the menu are handcrafted powder-free drinks. Two of my favorite drinks are the Rose Blossom and Sexy Pink Lychee. When asked for less ice for my drink, he told me some drinks tastes better with a bit more ice. The level of attention and care he puts into his crafted drinks are serious. They are SERIOUSLY delicious! The bbt shop also offers light snacks for sale. You can download an App called Snackpass to preorder drinks. The initial order will trigger a promotion for $5 discount for future use. Overall, it's definitely a cute bbt shop tucked away from the main traffic road.

Super perplexed that this receives such rave reviews. The worst boba tea I’ve ever had. Staff aren’t friendly nor helpful. Customers have to order on a touchpad which is not obvious nor explained. No staff offered to help.
The menu looked appealing and colorful.

I ordered a Beauty and Beast which is supposed to be Kumquat, Passionfruit, Jasmine green tea. Well, I ordered light ice but it was half ice. I tasted no passion fruit, no kumquat nor even tea. All I tasted was lemon, lime and ice. It was a waste of about $9. Too expensive for a boba tea. To make matters worse, I paid $1 extra for boba and barely got any.

Overall a waste of money and disappointing they weren’t wearing masks when most of the other Boba tea establishments are.
