Pleasantly surprised at the large room and cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Close to the beaches and restaurants and there's a canal with boats at the back of the property. It doesn't look like much from the street but don't let that fool you. Front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Prices very reasonable too. Recommend to all.

Great location beds were really hard and only gave you 2 pillows on each bed. Thankfully I always bring my own. Love the water way behind the hotel . I would definitely stay here again specially if they got new bigger then full size beds . Staff was friendly. And to the family that gave our son a new fishing pole after his broke thank you so much .

Clean and remodeled bathroom.
The mattresses were comfortable. It's only 2 to 3 miles to the beaches. There is a shuttle. We ubered. There's a refrigerator, microwave and small coffee maker. The 10:30 am check out was strict. The office called 15 minutes before checkout to remind us and then they were waiting for us at the door to get into the room to clean . It seemed excessive.
The rest of the stay was fine.

I’m putting five star because for a budget hotel, this IS the best!||I have stayed here many times. It’s very close to the bridge into FM Beach, but not crazy pricing like down there. It’s spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy, they offer toiletries and nice towels, and the tv is big. ||The fridge, microwave & coffee set up is handy. The separate sink is nice to keep food stuff away from the bathroom. ||Parking is ample, and as another reviewer mentioned there’s a great place to eat walking distance away. ||The family that runs it is very nice, too. ||Highly recommend. Enjoy! ||
