My brother and I moved into Sweetwater Creek Apartments about a month ago and it’s felt like home ever since we’ve moved. HUGE shoutout to Courtney. She helped us through everything. It was a quick process. This was the one of the best move-in processes I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.

Since being here, I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s quiet. Maintenance is timely, thorough, and efficient. If I ever need anything, the office staff is ready to help. Sweetwater Creek is a gem!

If I could give them a 0 I would.. moved in here in July and have had problems ever since.
1. Apartment was suppose to be renovated but it wasn't. They had 3 different fans throughout the place. Floor in the kitchen is uneven cause the cabinets and everything else ro lean. The kitchen faucet leaked for about a month before the new management company came and fixed it.
2. Mold was discovered behind the wall in out apartment. Management knew this and tried to cover it up by painting over it. They also knew about water damage that happened behind the wall cause they had to replace the hoses to the water heater which cause the damage. We had to stay in a hotel for a week while they made repairs and tried to fix everything.
3. New management came in and they ain't no better. They give you the run around about getting things fixed. We tried to pay our rent early and were told we couldn't cause the site is not up. Well once the site got up they only open it from the 1st thru the 3rd so you have 3 days to pay before a late.
Honestly I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this property management team! TeJay Smith, the General Manager, is fantastic. He's always responsive and helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Courtney, the leasing manager, made my move-in process so smooth and easy. She's incredibly organized and answered all my questions patiently. And a special shout-out to Tre'! She's been a lifesaver, always willing to help and address any concerns I have. The entire team goes above and beyond, and I'm so happy to be a resident here. Highly recommend!

This is the best experience and staff I have ever encounter with!!!! The vibe was top notch!!! I felt at home the moment I stepped foot into the office!!! I knew in my heart what God had for me, it was for me!!! The process was very smooth and the staff were very helpful!! I can honestly say this was the best choice so far!!! There has been a switch in property management and the new staff is leaps and bounds better than the previous staff. TJ is very helpful and professional. Trae is very friendly. Courtney Corey has been the best to me and for me as well, she is nice, willing to listen and very accommodating. I'm glad they are all here and I will remain a resident as long as they're here.

We have new management here at Sweetwater Creek Apartments. Let me first say they are top notch. Very professional and attentive to our needs. I love TeJay professionalism, attitude and commitment to making Sweetwater Creek community the best it can be. I have spend time with Courtney as well. She is very polite and care about the needs of the people. I pleased with the top notch service they are providing 👌.

New to Georgia and everyone knows shopping for apartments can be a pain! Found these apartments online, came in and met TeJay, the Community Manager, and his character and professionalism literally "won" me into signing a lease after having only taking one additional tour. Beautiful well-kept property. Can't wait to 2/1 to become a new resident!

My experience with Teejay was amazing! He was very helpful in providing answers to my thousand questions! He was very friendly and super easy to talk to. I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years. He responded to all my emails almost, if not immediately. I talked to him and went on a tour and within 3 days I applied and was approved that same day! If it wasn’t for him I am not sure I would have moved so soon. Love love loved my experience with him and cant wait for my move to Sweetwater Creek!
