The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Man that salsa bar is so good! The restaurant was clean. Service was nice. We will definitely go back again!

Since walking in APRIL(Manager) had us waiting to place an order not once, not twice, but THREE times to finish her online orders it took us about a little over 15 minutes to order she was very rude didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. I was surprised to find out she was the manager. Better customer service is definitely needed in this place.

I thought the food was good but the wait was longer than what I expected it should take. Also, do not plan on eating here if you have any allergies. Cross contamination from different foods is an obvious here. The salsas were well below average in taste. The place seemed clean and the lobby had plenty of seating.

Order was place on 11/4/2024 online pick up at 11:41 AM check #26. This was the absolute sorriest food I have ever seen. We all requested "SIDE of mild salsa" no one had mild salsa, not one order, one bag of chips tho!! no cheese dip like requested on the ticket look under the loaded bowl. portion size looks like you were completely out of everything and you scrapped up what you had left. Rice was hard as a rock, chicken was dry, I also called in over twenty times no one would answer the phone expect one time! I asked to speak to a manager and he asked was something wrong with the food, I said yes theres alot wrong with it and the young man hung up on me. I then tried to keep calling back many many times and no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. Service seems to be getting worse and worse here. Must be new management.

I just had the worst experience at this surcheroes. The two girls making the food were rude, unprofessional, and all around horrible to interact with. I came in just after lunch with only two people in front of me and it took 15 minutes for them to start helping me because they were too busy talking to each other. To anyone who is thinking of dining here, don't. I won't be returning any time soon.

It was my first time eating here and not one person behind the line gave me a choice or asked me what I wanted to come to find out I could have had lime rice could have grilled anything I wanted to not only did they not ask me anything they never smiled not. April in the entire experience the food was good.

Myasia was phenomenal! She had our order at the start & had excellent customer service! Need more employees like her! (Yes, I know there's a good chance I spelled her name incorrectly. I sounded it out). She deserves a raise!❤️
