Soy Residente de este Apartment complex y me encanta vivir aquí la Manager Elissa y el hombre de Mantenimiento Neuris son los mejores siempre nos tratan con respeto y si tenemos preguntas o alguna situación Nuestra Manager Elissa aunque esté ocupada saca el tiempo para tratar de resolver la situación Y Neuris siempre hace un excelente trabajo estos apartamentos son súper limpios y lo más importante Safe para mis hijos los recomiendo

RAM management is unavailable and unhelpful. After 3 mos of complaining of mold smell, and without notice, their crackerjack staff opened the wall, exposed black mold, and opened the windows. Allowing the spores to infiltrate the entire apartment, not to mention tracking it over the floors. No plastic to close it off, and no communication. It had to be covered and close by the tenant. After over a week later, JoAnn (VP) agreed to provide another apt or release the lease and refund the deposit. It wasn't until days later (after move out) that she sends an email demanding execution of a full release and a nondisclosure agreement before they would issue a refund of the deposit.
The neighbor below has even more mold growing through her walls, resulting in a rash and emt calls, and apartment across the hall has had no air conditioning for at least a month.
And when office and newest manager Jennifer was contacted, they promised a call back, failed to do so, then told me she was unavailable, refused to tell me who they were, and hung up on me.
THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS COMMUNICATE AND BE CIVIL.

Something is wrong with this picture. I cannot understand how you can respond to my review within 24 hours, but cannot answer my emails or phone calls for months.
The reviews stating that Elissa's services were great may be true, but her services were rendered to only a selected few. True professionalism requires that services be rendered to all and not just those who are favored over others regardless of race, religion, or creed.

We love it here. I would have given 5 stars but we live on the 3rd floor and 3 of us are handicapped. We have seen Elissa working hard to complete it but it's been an extremely difficult process for us as caregivers for a disabled vet who has had strokes and there is still not a working elevator to use. They are prompt to fix any thing else that needs work. If the elevators get fixed soon I will change my rating to a 5. Even if they never pick up my trash! You have a great group of staff maintenance is great at the things that need work.

I absolutely love it out here. The pool is everything. The apartments are so big in Beautiful , But it’s definitely the space for me. I love it. anytime I need something done in the apartment. It gets done right away. My request Gets answered Right away, My emails get returned , and management, Miss Elise is one of the best!! It’s like we become family! She pretty much stays on top of the most important things of all!! It’s never a hassle to get things done with her! If I were rich, I’ll give her a raise Myself!! I would definitely recommend these apartments to all of my friends and family for sure!!!

Every very nice people that work in the front office!!! Mis. ELISSA is by far my favorite she’s very understanding. She hears all your problems out no matter how many times you hound her down with problem or a complaint. She take care of it right then and there and assure you that everything is OK and I love that about her.!!! No matter what the situation is, I always feel comfortable with going to her. She has a golden heart!! Anytime I go to the front office I asked to speak to her, and if I can’t speak to her at that time, the others are very, very helpful as well, but she’s my favorite! For the apartments at 10 out of 10 very big spacious and comfortable!! Love it here

Been waiting for my deposit back for 2 months. The office staff are unorganized and not answer emails in a timely manner. They never answer the phone,
its very rare. Obviously they need better management in there office. I will remove this post once I receive my deposit in full.
