Probably one of the worst rental experiences ever. We rented the Weir home on Corneck road. Amazing little house and property! Right near the beach. However, a couple things were out of the ordinary. First, the neighbor that shares a driveway with the Weir house called the realtor within one hour of us arriving because we drove too fast. We were going 10 MPH and he requested 5 Mph. We were very polite and reduced our speed for his sake. The realtor also requested we drive one of our cars and just shuttle people back and forth. We have two cars here and we were asked after arriving to the house to only drive one. However, we had 8 people so that wasn’t possible. we then were having a small campfire on the beach and the police were called on us. The police were not upset and We didn’t mind since we had a permit but the police let us know it was the man in front of the weir house. Then a service man came to the home but we were not notified and he walked through the house without knocking or anything. We had to call Sullivans to ask what is going on. We also brought a tent one night for my sister and two of her friends to have a fun little camping night (still only 8 people on the property). However today (2 days after the camping) the realtor came to our house and called us asking why we had a tent. Our tent was actually packed away in the home since they only spent one night in it. We also noticed that there is a trail camera on the neighbors tree watching into the driveway. He was video taping us coming and going and complained about the traffic. We have family friends staying at another home who wanted to access the beach today and he called saying there was too much traffic. One day we drove a bike down the path to the beach and the man rode his lawn mower down the path to yell at us to move it for safety reasons. However, the man started his lawn mower and almost drove right into my sister and sprayed grass all over her. We politely moved it only for it to be replaced by another neighbor’s bronco. That stayed there the entire day. We have been trying to limit our traffic, but that is the only way beside our bikes to get to town. The realtor did not in anyway apologize for all of these inconveniences. We only complained once when a man came into our home without knocking or telling us who he was. When the realtor called to tell us we shouldn’t have tents we asked how she knew that and then she said she was at the house as we were speaking. Completely inappropriate. The tent was also not even outside. We proceeded to tell them all the issues we’ve had and they simply said it wasn’t a good fit. We are paying thousands of dollars to be out here and we will not be paying it to Sullivans again. Go with any other realtor business.

I called to ask for a listing of available properties during the date ranges we wanted to stay, and I was told 'I simply do not have time for that." Forgive me, but isn't that your job? Don't bother listing your rental home with these folks. Clearly they cannot be bothered to try and rent it. Amazing.

Simply the worst real estate rental place on the Island!!!
The woman who run the day to day just don't care about the renters. They allow the homeowners to get away with all infractions that take away from a good experience. As a guest of one of the renters, several calls for help and assistance were not attended to....Look elsewhere
