Every time we stop in they are incredibly friendly and helpful. We happened to come by when a new employee was being trained and she did a great job in the busy lunchtime rush. She was nervous but handled our multiple sandwich order swimmingly. Thanks for always being a great stop in our trips!

Pretty slow, (possibly new guy) but sandwiches were really good (literally looked like the adds, the guy was so meticulous putting it together), but I literally had to wait 30 minutes and only one customer was ahead of me when I arrived (was sorta worth it).... I will say, there was only one person working that evening which is odd, but he said it was typical that he was by him self. Will definitely return here though, as the sandwich was really good and exactly as I wanted it.

Need to look carefully. Tucked away among some businesses. Just off Highway 20. All subways offer good sandwiches, this place is no different. Cool and clean with ample seating. Friendly and helpful. will not hesitate to stop again.

They never answer the phone. I try to call and see if they have the bread I want, BEFORE I drive down there. I called in the parking lot and watched the girl ignore the phone ringing, while I walked in and could hear it ring. This happens every time. Well they never have the hero bread thawed out, and the past 5 times I drove down there (can't call because they never pick up!) I left without purchasing anything because they have the hero bread, it's just not thawed, so I can't order a sandwich. What good does that do anyone who wants to order it? ? I think I'll just drive to Lakeport and hopefully they're better, because the few times they did have the bread, they made my sandwich sloppy anyways and the veggies in the cooler looked kinda old.

I will not be returning here anytime soon. We noticed that the person making the sandwiches had her mask on below her nose, and she said that she had asthma so it was easier to breathe. She did put it on correctly. Then a woman came from the back with her mask under her chin. She went to the register which was only a few feet from the food area, then crossed through the food area.

This is the one of the best subways assertions here because of the great people that work there. Gray sandwiches and clean environment to eat. Bathrooms aren't trashy and employeees are very nice and deserve to be paid more. I've been going there 3 yrs n never had one problem.
