El lugar muy bueno y tranquilo, cerca de la base y al momento de firmar y aceptarte se llevan 20/10 pero cuando te vas eso parece q les molesta. Desde el día 1 te brindan un papel para q escribas todo lo q veas en mal estado y se hizo y fueron bastantes, q arreglaron? Absolutamente NADA, luego hicimos un reporte de lo mismo con enfoque en la estufa y la alfombra asquerosa q apestaba a popo de perro y llena de pelo de gato, enviaron una gente a darle dis q un shampoo y lo q hicieron fue mojarla y ya porque no quitaron ni la peste no los pelos de gatos, luego ellos hicieron inspección donde les especificamos lo mismo y q arreglaron? NADA!!! Ni hablar del mal estado del piso, las paredes y las ventanas. A la hora de irnos se molestaron y empezaron con las preguntas y las indirectas, ahora nos salen con q dejamos el apartamento con daños y sucio… NO ALQUILEN AQUÍ TRAS DE CARÍSIMO, FEO, VIEJOS, NO REPARAN SUS PROPIOS DAÑOS Y TE LOS QUIEREN COBRAR A TI… NO BOTES TÚ DINERO CON ESTÁ GENTE

An absolute joy to live at the people who work in the office are understanding and should be appreciated. It is peaceful but still promotes community events and social gatherings. It offers a lot of special things not easily offered by other places military are welcome and would be well convenient for small families as it is near a elementary school, library, and downtown is not to far.

Me and my family enjoyed the time we lived here before we transferred within the management. Animal friendly and nice people around. Quite place and very clean apartment complex. We had no problems with bugs. Maintenance are very quick when it comes to needing something fixed and the office ladies are very helpful and sweet and have all the answers for your questions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a studio, one bedroom/2 bedroom apartment:)
