I found on-line, and travelled a few hundred miles to SR1 in Turner, Maine for a fifth wheel that I was interested in. As soon as I called to let them know I was interested they were truly professional. No high pressured tactics. I spoke to Kenny. He was honest and to the point. Once I arrived I was greeted by Kenny and walked through what we were interested in. He explained the procedure for purchasing out of state and forwarded me to Shawn. Shawn was terrific and made the purchasing process seamless. Set up a date and picked up the camper and finished the paperwork with Shawn. Nick did our walk through of the new purchase and was professional/ knowledgeable and to the point. This was our seventh RV purchase and by far the easiest. This was all due to the professionalism of Kenny (sales), Shawn (finance) and Nick (RV technician). Definitely worth the drive to Turner, Maine from the shoreline in Connecticut for this purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and appreciate it's staff for a smooth experience.

From start to finish my experience was awesome. Kenny from sales was great, Shawn in finance kept me in the loop and was very informative, Toby and Nick did the walk thru to show me my RV's components. Both knew my RV inside and out. Very informative and helpful. Advised on hoses and parts I will need. The parts guys were great. Got 20% off. Can't beat the price of my new RV! I shopped around for the same RV and this place had the best price. Totally visit this place, as you will not be disappointed!

This process has better than I could ever have expected. It started with Zach from when I made my inquiry and being patient as my schedule was running late.

Then Toby helping me with my walk through and making sure I knew everything that I needed to know as a new trailer owner and allowed me to videotape everything.

Then Melissa who helped me with the financing paperwork. She also helped set me up with insurance because I totally forgot that one. From viewing to buying to delivery toom 7 days total and the camper I bought is absolutely gorgeous!!!

We shopped around for a long time and RS1 not only had the best prices but the staff was amazing! Kenny was our sale rep and he was awesome.
