I contacted the dealership a couple times, looking at a specific truck they had on the lot. I went and shopped at other dealers and eventually called back to Springfield Southern Motors. I talked to a gentleman named Michael and set up an appointment. The next day he had the truck pulled up front and ready to look at it. He had notes on the truck and was very knowledgeable. Mind you he told me he’d only been there two months, but he did Great!
The whole sales staff was very professional and they had answers to all my questions. This is not your typical dealership, these folks want your business!
The only issue, I had to bring the truck back to have the diagnostic done, as the shop was gone for the day when I bought it. When they were running the diagnostics they found out the truck needed a new fan clutch. They don’t have the part and it’s on back order; so I have a brand new truck that is sitting back on their lot waiting to be fixed. I hope this doesn’t take very long.

We recently bought a 2023 Ford F150 and the buying process was a smooth experience. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
