Fair warning, swing by when you have time and not in a rush. They serve really great food with amazing service but no one is in a hurry. That's ok, it's not McDonald's. Sit back and enjoy yourself.
Side note, I ordered the salmon croquet or "salmon patty" as we call them and it was so good! Made just like my mom and served over the most creamy grits. Highly recommend.

walked into Southern Fusion Bistro as a first-time guest expecting a great meal, but what I got was an experience that exceeded even my own high standards. I found this place just 20 minutes before arriving—and wow. Not only was I impressed, but I impressed myself. And that? That’s rare.

The atmosphere? Immaculate. The music set the perfect vibe, the space was clean and welcoming, and the staff? My server, Jasmine, was the definition of warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. Beautiful energy! From the moment we walked in, my partner and I were overjoyed.

Now, let’s talk about the food. I got the crab cakes and, as a self-proclaimed crab cake connoisseur, let me tell you—they were done right. I opted for a croissant instead of the brioche, and that choice? Divine. My partner had the Chicken Sandwich, and when I asked him to remind me of the name of this place so I could leave a review, he said, “My mama’s house.” LOL. That’s how good it was.

Needless to say, this wasn’t just brunch—it was a reminder of what I deserve. If you’re looking for a place to truly treat yourself, look no further than Southern Fusion Bistro. Mm-mm-mm.

First, let me say that they adhere to Covid restrictions. The Hostess wears a mask, and gloves are used by staff. They used to-go forks and spoons. No salt/pepper shakers on the table.
That said, this place is small, so you can see what everyone is ordering, which is far better than looking at the menu. The place isn't very pricey. A gratuity is added when there are five or more people dining.
The food is GOOD GOOD! There is a children's menu, which has an excellent child sized portion.
All of the portions are well sized, meaning just right.
We went after church. It wasn't very crowded. However, there was a fifteen minute wait.
I've decided that I must try almost everything on the menu. (I didn't take a picture of it.)
The collard green egg rolls are 😋😋😋😋😋!
I will keep you posted as I try other things from this little gem.

Let me tell you something. My family "discovered" this spot today (they have been around for 7 years). These folks know how to throw down a fantastic meal. The portions were great, every ingredient was so fresh, seasoned, priced right and extremely tasty.

Everything is made to order so go ahead and get the Collard Greens Egg Rolls for an appetizer and you food will be out in a minute. So good!!! On top of that, the customer service was FANTASTIC! It feels like you are going over to your family's house for a Sunday dinner.

They are only open Thursday - Sunday and the decor is not what you are coming for. It's the FOOD and service that will keep me coming back again and again.

It's tucked away in a small shopping strip, so use GPS. It's not far from Tanger Outlets in Locust Grove and worth the drive.

Georgia's best kept secret. Enjoy!! We sure did.

This place is out of the way but so worth making sure you find it! The food is amazing and extremely elevated! The service is excellent and the servers try hard to please. The place is clean but it could use a professional touch in decorating but in the long run it really isn’t important. Be sure and order a cinnamon roll! They are the best I have ever had and I have had a lot!

Southern Fusion located in Locust Grove, Georgia is an excellent choice for breakfast or brunch! The food and customer service is top-notch! I had the blackened salmon, pepper jack grits, and scrambled eggs. YUM! Stop by and experience this for yourself with Chef Paul, Chef Shay and Server Cameron.

My son and I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. I think we made it after their rush since we were the only customers. We were welcomed before we even walked in the door. I thought this was great customer service. Most employees are usually not so attentive when they have downtime at other restaurants I have been to.

Our experience was great from the time we walk in until the time we left. We had the premium lemonade, collard green egg rolls, fried peach biscuits, macaroni and cheese, blackened shrimp and grits, fried potatoes, pork bacon, buffalo chicken Philly and the cinnamon roll peach cobbler. Everything was different and delicious. It has been a long time since we had great customer service and enjoyed our food so much. The grits were still creamy before and after I reheated my leftovers and the chicken on the Philly was tender and flavorful. I usually add salt to everything. All of my food was perfectly seasoned. This was a great enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends along.

Ok so this place really is a Heavenly Cafe! Everything is sooooo flavorful!!!😛 The red velvet waffles, amazing, light and fluffy. The Peach biscuits were really good. The salmon & grits were super good. The Catfish (super flavorful) & grits were so amazing! The salmon & grits were good. But the pecan Cinnamon roll was down right rude and slapped me in the face, without warning. You take a bite and have to pause, my God, so good! ❤️ 😢 My God the staff was so friendly and nice, it's like we were visiting family for a home cooked meal! Can't wait to go back.
