This campground is AMAZING! They're kind of off the beaten path, but yet centered around so much! There's a lake just about 2 miles down the road, about an hour or so from "Moose" attractions, and anything you'd want to do is a nice day trip away. (most "attractions" are under 2 hours.) They have super clean cabins and a very well maintained grounds. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Always someone around to help. Great for kids too! They have a nice, clean pool area, a playground and weekend activities for young and old. A definite must to stay in Maine !!!

Very friendly and inviting campground. Lots of activities for the kids and some for adults too such as adult bingo and chalk art. Clean pool and playground. Trails to walk on. Very good breakfast cafe. Halloween weekend is fun. We will be back!

Husband and I came for a Two week stay last year and stayed for eight! We came back this year we loved it so much. Very relaxing atmosphere . Campground has a lot of amenities. A huge well stocked camp store , a Cafe, laundry room, game room, playground with jump pad, los of special things arts and crafts for kids and a beautiful refreshing pool. If that’s not enough they are centrally located to stores, restaurants, lakes, waterfalls , hiking , kayaking, fishing and more! The owners are awesome as are the workers. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Sites are well kept and are dog friendly.

We have been camping here at the skowhegan koa for four years and haven’t left! The last two years we have become seasonals we like it that much! The owners are friendly accommodating and always strive to make everyone’s stay a good one. They always have excellent workers you look forward to seeing everytime you get there and when the season ends you are sad to see them off to their next venture. You’ll notice the grounds always being manicured, bathrooms/showers being maintained and kids always having something to do! Honestly tho there are activities for young and old! The pool has great lounge chairs for those sun bakers and nice umbrellas for those who need the shade. They offer walking trails a dog park…the store is never lacking and the cafe breakfast— I’ve never heard a complaint! Come check out a cabin a tent site or bring your camper. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell alot of pride and hardwork go into the property. Its coming close to Halloween and the campground is decorated with lots of fun things. A great place to stay. All the staff are happy.

Extremely clean small campground with a great staff. The wife and I spent 3 nights there and if ever in that area again wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Camp store is well stocked and the layout of the campground is great.

KOA is a laid back campground with plenty of room for campers. They also have small log cabins/rooms for rent if you don't have a camper or want to use a tent. They're very nice I might add. There's an arcade room, swimming pool and lots of other things for kids to do so they don't get bored. Prices are fair and the location is great. Not in town but yet not too far in the woods/out of town either. They also have a disc golf course you can play as well as go hiking or walks on the trails. Pet friendly I might add and very nice people.

It is a great place to relax and enjoy being outside. It is very serene and the cabins are very clean and comfortable. The staff makes and sells waffles and pancakes on weekends. There is a pool and nice playground. They also offer craft days for kids and adults. My family and I have been there many times and will continue to vacation there.
