My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, particularly the water park. The staff, especially the front desk representative, were professional and courteous. Our rooms offered a charming local motel experience. Despite the older amenities, everything was well-maintained and functional.

Lived here for 4 years. Place is well maintained. Manager is caring and efficient in keeping place secure. Cheap place to live, and has everything you need within walking distance. Allows small pets. Has cable TV, micro-wave, refrigerator in room.

WARNING!!! This place is infested with roaches. Broken glass on the carpet. A hidious smell coming from somewhere. Wouldn't let my dog stay there...if I had one...lol!!! It cost $50 a night plus 10 ket/remote deposit. Plenty of nicer motels around. Toilet was not cleaned. Hard to even open the door to my room without busting your knuckles. Cramped and overpriced for sure. Barely gets 1 star. Just because it is at minimum shelter.

The one star that I'm giving this Motel is solely for the great manager mrs. Lee that is here. This is a very strong woman that does care about the tenants here and does all that she can. However if you do not want bed bugs to infest your body bite you all over and then have to fight for a refund from the owner, this is not the place to go. It has literally taken me calling the Health Department code enforcement and attorneys to get a partial refund in order to go somewhere else. The owner knows of the bugs here , but does not take the necessary steps to take care of the problem. Once again the star it is getting is for the management hopefully the owner is very grateful for having. Other than that this place should be condemned the owners should pay for the tenants here to relocate, and he should take care of the building that he purchased. After four nights I have over 40 bites on my body, had to go to the ER to get medication to help with the itching and swelling.

Rooms are cheap. For the $50 I got hot water. AC, microwave, and cable TV. Rooms nice size, and manager very kind and helpful. Recommend it for those on a budget. Good location.

Can't really say much as their phone doesn't work so can't even get a reservation. Takes forever to connect enough to ring and then find a few times before disconnecting.
