This dealership’s sales department has grown complacent due to the fact they own the Toyota market and that car buying has been tipped in the favor of the dealership for the last few years. I worked in dealerships for a decade and I’ve never been more disappointed in the willingness of the management team to make a deal on a used vehicle that still sits on their lot today. I guess when your sales staff wears a Rolex to work you don’t feel like you need to negotiate, even if the condition of the vehicle isn’t equal to the ridiculous asking price. Oh well nothing will come of this review. They are lucky that there isn’t a competing Toyota dealership on island because these guys would be run out of town.

Sean Hiranaka is a great person to work with. I was recommended to see him from multiple sources. My girlfriend and a both bought tacomas through him and we loved the war he approach sales. Does not feel like your typical sales guy who is pushy and allows you to make your own decisions. Not to mention he’s a great guy! Thanks again Sean looking forward to sending people your way🤙🏽🤙🏽

Absolutley great customer service. At first, I was a little annoyed with the value on my trade in, but they were absolutely awesome with talking to me and explaining in depth things I didn't think of or know of. In the end, knowing more of the barriers they have to hurdle, I felt I was given a fair price. Randy was awesome with keeping me up to date on my new vehicles shipping and arriving, and very welcoming and helpful through the sales process. Outside of my sale, they have great people working there. John Putnam wasn't even the one who ended up doing my sale, (I was first introduced to him awhile back), and he still contacted me asking how my car was and how I felt out of just genuine care. They are the only place on island, selling you a great and brand new vehicle without a $10,000 "market adjustment". First brand new car and they made my experience awesome. I am glad I went with Servco Kauai!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. My first experience with them, I had them order a new master key for me for my Lexus. They told me it would take them 2-3 business days to get it and $300. After two and a half weeks of trying to get a hold of someone who could give me answers about why my key was taking so long, I was finally able to get through to someone who told me my keys were ready, but they won’t work for my car and I’d have to pay an additional $600+ to a third party company to get them working again. I was so disappointed after this experience, but sadly I still had to rely on them yet again for another issue with a Prius recall. Had my car towed there, and it’s been 3 days and I had an appointment and I still haven’t been able to get through to anyone. They keep telling me there is no service technician or manager available at this time. How is this possible? I am so disappointed and I really hope you guys can get it together…. It shouldn’t have to be this hard to get such simple things done. Shame on you.

Consistently the worst customer service for servicing vehicles on Kauai. I have dealt with this dealership on a number of occasions over the years for my Toyota Highlander, Subaru Outback, and most recently Subaru Ascent. Items that should have been covered under manufacturer's warranty were not. This happened twice with both my Highlander and Ascent. They would say things like "Servco doesn't have that relationship" or "even though you contacted us and made an appointment about the issue when your car was under warranty, we didn't have any availability for service for 6 weeks and sorry your car went out of warranty during that time, that's your problem not ours." We had our Outback towed here for a major problem, it sat for 1 month without any communication, no one fixed, and we had to tow it away elsewhere for repair. They clearly have plenty of business and don't need to offer good customer service in order to stay in business.
