The staff was exceptionally accommodating in meeting all of my family’s wishes for each funeral. The staff are genuine people who really care about each person they serve. I used Searcy McEuen funeral home as an interim before the body in question was shipped to Texas. Therefore this funeral home issues and mails out the death certificates. Well the person in question died on January 17, 2021 and it is now February 12 and I have not received them. They told me that they are holding the death certificates ransom until they receive payment. The Funeral home in Texas sent the check on February 9th but Searcy McEuen still will not mail the death certificates. Other funeral homes says this is just unethical. If I had to do this again I would have definitely chosen a different funeral home.
