I recently visited Sapphire Restaurant and Bar with a girlfriend, and we had a great time! We arrived early (we were hungry, lol!) and enjoyed a relaxed start before the restaurant filled up later in the evening. The menu was still being updated during our visit, so I opted for the salmon bites, which were tasty. I’ll definitely return to try the full menu, especially the pasta options.

The service was excellent, and the vibe was perfect for a fun night out. Hookah is available, and free parking was a huge plus. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Went to Sapphire for a date night on a Friday and really enjoyed ourselves. We made a reservation but it wasn’t really needed. It gives lounge atmosphere, DJ came about 9p and played a great mix of new and old music, the food was pretty good, they have a full bar with wine and they offer Hookah for $40 (menu online). The service was good, our hostess Morgan was mad cool and super dope. It wasn’t very busy but she was very attentive. The food came out really quick, the lamb chops and the salmon were very good. There were a couple bdays going on and Halloween decorations were still up but the space is medium sized with tables and booths. I’d definitely go back, it was a vibe.

I have been to Sapphire twice and I will definitely be going back. The food and drinks are on point everything, very delicious. The servers Morgan and Darivnna were excellent, they were courteous, professional and kept the good vibe going, they made it a good experience.

My team and I had traveled into town for a work training meeting and were looking for something eclectic in the area and came across this location. What a gem of a find and truly a great time. We all had an amazing time listening to the music and within a short time the place was packed. Started with 3 different Hookahs and they were mixed well. With most people ordering hookahs ventilation was no issue. We all had some different items and everyone loved it. Despite the crowd the drinks were made well and the servers were attentive. We will definitely return when we’re back in the area. Definitely have the steak and the lamb chops!

Went here for a pre-birthday weekend with my girlfriend and it was amazing. The food was good, the drinks were good, the atmosphere was definitely a great vibe, even though we got there early. I am not really a drinker but the lemon drop martini was delicious. My meal consisted of the lamb chops and mashed potatoes. It was good all in all & late presentation was on point!! Definitely a place to visit if you are in the Duluth area

Several tables were available when we arrived at Sapphire, but the guy (who seemed to be the owner) glanced around as if he had a lot of customers with reservations on the way. He told us to give him 5 minutes but never returned. We eventually made our way to the bar, where the bartenders didn’t greet us or offer to take our order. We had to initiate the conversation just to get drinks.

We ordered three appetizers—fried cauliflower, shrimp, and samosas—which took an hour to come out, and they arrived over 30 minutes apart. When my shrimp finally came out, it was served on a bed of lettuce, which was unexpected and odd for an appetizer. After waiting over an hour for the fried cauliflower, we told them to forget it. To top it off, they even gave us plasticware from a different restaurant called Joella, which was quite unprofessional.

The entire staff seemed confused and unorganized, with everyone working each other’s positions. I also saw a cheesecake in a plastic tray like the ones from Sam’s. They took a slice out, added strawberries, and served it to a customer. Additionally, my friend saw them take out a bag of frozen food, despite the menu claiming that all food is made fresh to order.

Overall, Sapphire was NOT busy; you can tell they don’t get a lot of business. The 20 people that were there were probably the most they ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the wait time for food was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all.

For a place that markets itself as upscale, welcoming, high-quality, I expected much better. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves their customer service, food quality, cleanliness, etc Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this establishment

Randomly stumbled across this spot after a movie. We weren’t sure what to expect on a Sunday, but it was pretty cool. There weren’t many people there, which we didn’t mind. The food and drinks were good. The service was great. I’d definitely return to watch a game or have a couple of drinks.
