Sanwar RV Park is a great place just to relax. Very nice staff. Great place for the kids to swim and play. They are coming back from a bad storm that went through a while back. The plane looks great. Lazy river is very relaxing. They do need about 12 or so pet stations, places around the park to get poop bags and dispose of trash bags or there’s going to be folks stepping on the “stuff”. Wi-fi on the left side of the office, around the pond is VERY week! Have your own booster or Roku etc. lots of different types of sites from pull-thrus, back-ins, some with grills. Golf only 8 miles south at Twin Cities Golf Club. It’s private, but they do allow outside players. We played and it was a fantastic course! I think it was $58.00/18 holes. That’s including a cart. 9 holes with cart was half that of course. We’ll go back just to play golf!

10/10! Excellent amenities and excellent customer service! The bartender ladies are very nice and serve really good drinks. They also have entertainment and music. We’re definitely coming back soon!

First class folks from check-in to check-out. Can't wait for the lazy river and pools to open, but this was one of the cleanest and nicest campgrounds. Not everyday a campground has blackstones at almost every site. They did an awesome job with this. We will be back for sure.

Wow! What an amazing place to bring the family. Great hookups with many choices. Easy in and out off the highway and to your sight. Staff is very helpful and friendly! The pool and lazy river is exceptional. You will not be disappointed and a must place to stay for a long weekend or a full week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sanwar Campgrounds! The campsites were so clean and neat. The pool and lazy river were a blast for the kids! The bar served delicious drinks with fabulous customer service! Highly HIGHLY recommend for camping!

This place was everything an then some. We went to check it out for 1 night and fell in love. We enjoyed the pond area for camping, the picnic area for cooking and celebrating my husbands birthday, dance hall, and the bar. We already looking to book 1 weekend a month and carrying the Grandkids to enjoy the park and hopefully lazy river. If you haven't been yet I suggest you go check them out. VERY FRIEND STAFF!

If you're an overnight guests you'll do fine. If you're a monthly...just run If you haven't already. There is definitely a difference in the way the two different guests are treated. Bathhouse/laundry nice is nice, but not well kept up. My best advice is to bring your own toilet tissue with you. As a monthly, you will not be allowed to even use the playground for your children without being run off by one of the owners. Yes, I am aware of the extra money required to use the fancy side of the park, but try explaining that you can't afford it to your children. The good reviews cone from friends, family, and over nighters. The real reviews that matter come from the people who moved out and can now truly express their opinion without being bullied. I witnessed the front desk girl, Josey, breeze through the bathhouse. She asked me about some clothes lying on the table. When I replied I didn't know anything about them....She laughed, said, "Oh well." swept them into the trash can and walked out. I retrieved them and left them on the table. Later, a man came in and claimed them. Speaking from experience...Just don't go there...unless you are an over nighter.

There refund policy is not very fair. I canceled 10 days in advance and only received a 50% refund. Especially since it was made the day before I’ve been rving for over 10 years and have never heard of such a policy. The most I have ever had to pay to cancel a reservation is $10. Most are free. Yes if you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival you can get a full refund, but people get sick and plans change. Sorry I can’t predict 14 days in advance.
