First time this late (closing weekend of main hotel) as found out about HarvestFest....We now have a new tradition as Fest was awesome and hotel was till perfect. Pool at a nice and warm 85 and staff amazing!. Thanks so much for a great year of multiple visits !

Right on the beach, perfect budget place to stay if you want a morning walk on the beach. Friendly and enthusiastic late night staff. Jen last night, once she saw we had a small child, ran for extra blankets and a pillow without asking. Will stay here again if we can.

Best motel I have ever been to, the location is incredible!! in the heart of everything , affordable, staff was beyond nice and the housekeeping did an amazing job. I have stayed at hotels for way more and they did not clean the way this place did I left to go to the beach came back and my room had been cleaned such an incredible surprise.pool was kept up well very refreshing !! The room it self is a little out dated but doesn't effect the stay one bit. Definitely going back!!

I recently stayed here only one night the room was clean everything worked the location was unbelievable the lady at the desk was very nice the pool is clean and well cept ample parking .I recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience right on the boardwalk

Positive: it is convenient to the beach and the village area with the shops, arcarde and restraunts The pool was decent but crowded during the day , we did take a night swim because it is open till 10pm Negative: The bathroom was small and the water was impossible to keep off the floor It is close to the main road and the traffic was loud - also a club 2 doors down was very loud at nite , we could hear the music still at 1am the price is a little steep

We have stayed here twice in the last few years. It is a great option if you're gonna be near short sands Beach for your stay.

Be aware it is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are basic but they do the trick.

The location is prime! You're 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and all the downtown activities. And the place has a heated pool that is open until 10p. These details are the main reasons for the stars alloted.

The beds are springy but fine. The rooms have microwaves and fridges which are convenient!

We did experience a lack of the bodywash/shampoo in the room and the body soap fell apart rather quickly in the shower but details that don't make or break the stay!

Staff is very friendly!

We stayed on the top floor, which has an outside balcony with great views of the beach. Rooms were vrey comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly with seamless check-in and out. Location is perfect - right across the street from Short Sands Beach. So, we parked the car and walked most places. Nubble Lighthouse is just over a mile away, nice sidewalks and shopping and plenty of places to go and eat. Pool was great, heated when we were there. Pics of colorful little skeletons were at the bottom of our stairs. Photos of food were just meals we enjoyed at nearby restaurants. I would definately visit again when in the area.
