My family and I have lived here since 2018 up until a few months ago we have enjoyed living here not everybody in the office is kind. Jennifer the last few times has had a sour face every time I go in there and today I got a hundred pound weight bench delivered to the office even though I wanted it to be delivered to my door when I got to the office to pick it up Jennifer said you're going to have to come back here yourself and pick it up I'm not going to help you she saw me struggling to get it up over my shoulder and begrudgingly open the door for me she could have offered me a ride back to my apartment on the complexes little cart that they take people to see apartments with. I don't know what I did to her that and the maintenance takes months to fix things I've been waiting since last year to get my son's closet door fixed.

I am a former resident as of September 30th 2021. Majority of the stay was well overall, until the last few months. Infestation of gnats in the whole building were myself and other residents reported with no follow up. I have still not received my deposit refund back. I contacted the office multiple times speak with 3 different staff members. They reported that the check had been sent 3 different times. When I finally received the check after more than 60 days had passed, only to find out a stop payment had been placed on the check. I’ve never had such a difficult time with no follow up or response. This is still an ongoing issue! side note to office I will continue to leave reviews until this has been taken care of, please don’t give your generates response to help the reviewers. I’ll just leave another 1 star review everyday!….it was finally resolved another 2 weeks after post the initial review.

I just moved to Arizona from Indiana on June 1st. First of all Sylvia in leasing was a delight to work with... she made the long distance transition very easy. I noticed I had two small issues with my place after the first week. After emailing Sylvia and Cori they were resolved within 48 hrs. Also the maintenance staff were great and very thorough. I’m so glad I choose San Riva over the options I was considering. Thanks again to The Entire San Riva Staff. David K

2 stars for location and looks. Didn’t get the other 3 stars because of customer service from staff. So one of the last two weekends in august I was out searching for a new place to call home. I came across this property in the internet and went in to check it out. The door was locked so I thought the office was closed but the worker inside then came and opened the door. I asked about the different options and got the financial info then asked if I could take a look at a model. Then the worker with an attitude asked me if I was actually trying to move in or if I was just looking. So then after the attitude and bad body language I got to go see the inside of a home. I thought the inside was great and looked like a good spot but I felt like I was being rushed. I’d ask a question and get very short answers like I should have already know the info I was asking. Then also for a few times is there anything else you need to look at before we leave. Just a bad customer service experience. I did like the place and area however I am not sure if that’s what all the renters deal with when having to interact with the leasing office go through. Just knowing there will be several times when you have to go in and get information or talk about a maintenance issue. I’m still looking for a new place at the beginning of the new year and was hoping I could get other opinions in dealing with the staff there.

So I only lived here for one month, I'm not sure if it's just my luck for 2021 so far my experience is not good at all, the units are spacious it's just the appliances that are frustrating I had no hot water, my ac doesn't work, my upstairs neighbor keeps trying to open my door constantly. There were water stains under the fridge when I moved in, the lights on the ceiling fans flicker. Just one month of living here! Good thing it's still nice and cool outside my ac doesn't work (cold showers don't seem so bad afterall). I'm not looking forward to what happens in the summer.

It's been 2 months and my water heater is out again taking them 5 1/2 days to reply to my work order. I never had to deal with this in any other apartment I would not recommend living here.

After being here for awhile the slight issues I have are the outdated appliances nothing too major. The staff is nice and attentive and do maintenance work the same day if not the next day Cori is very nice and makes notes of things that needs to be done. My main issue are my crackhead upstairs neighbors vacuuming at 2am, arguing all the time, and making a mess on my patio (cigarette buds, oil spills). I just mostly hate my upstairs neighbors.
