Really nice fusion bistro. I had the Bogogi Steaksandwich and it was wonderful! Tender beef slices with melted cheeses, vegis and sauce on a moist piece of loaf. The fries were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Fresh and large cut with no greasy after taste. No beer or wine as of this time but it is still worth a visit. Thanks.

Bistro de fusión realmente agradable. Tuve el Bogogi Steaksandwich y ¡fue maravilloso! Tiernas rebanadas de carne de res con quesos derretidos, verduras y salsa sobre un trozo de pan húmedo. ¡Las papas fritas estaban FUERA DE ESTE MUNDO! Corte fresco y grande sin regusto graso. No hay cerveza ni vino a partir de este momento, pero aun así vale la pena una visita. Gracias.

Totalmente recomendable, la comida en general es deliciosa e innovadora pero al mismo tiempo conserva el sabor tradicional de un buen BBQ, la atención por parte del personal es excepcional.

The name of the restaurant, Salt Smokehouse, can be deceiving. Makes you think it's a barbecue place. It's so much more than that! The server Sarah knew everything about the menu. She was sweet and absolutely helped us decide what kind of food we wanted. The bulgogi brisket sandwich and salmon tacos were outstanding! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been in Huntsville 6yrs and this place is hands down the best! The pork belly boa sliders were tender the pickled slaw on it was crisp and added great texture best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had in my life. Eric our server was great the atmosphere and music was amazing also had Brisket, Mac and cheese, fried ribs and the fries crispy fluffy well seasoned 10/10

Seriously every bite was perfect. I ordered the pork chop which was juicy and tender. The sauce it came with was spicy and not too sweet. The cucumber mint salad was very spicy but also really clean tasting. The fries were crispy on outside and fluffy on inside. Even the pickles from my friends burger were delicious. My friends said their salads, one with ginger chicken and the other with salmon, were amazing. Oh and the waygu truffle French fries as an appetizer was perfect.

It was like when you find a cool place in another city and say I wish we had this place back home. Plus it wasn’t crazy expensive!!!

This place just opened a few months ago. Here for business meetings and we were hungry.

The only negative we have for this place is they don't have a liquor license yet. Evidently they're working on it. They have everything behind the bar ready. So we just got to enjoy all the tasty meats.

The Texas Twinkies were amazing. Little spicy. Very tender. Very flavorful. I could just eat a platter of them

We ordered all the different meats and a few sides and we were stuffed. The brisket was tender. Nothing needed a knife to cut. All forkable.

Yes this place is not cheap. You will not leave hungry and you will be satisfied.

Went here after church so it was pretty empty. We were there during Brunch hours. They have nonalcoholic everything so be aware. Nothing wrong with their NA stuff, it was tasty but just know you wont get alcohol there. The service was great, Juan was very attentive and gave recommendations. The Hot Honey Brussel Sprouts were so good. I think I said “this is so good” every time I took a bite. My husband had the Fresh Hand Battered Tenders with the Ginger Coleslaw and Cucumber and Mint salad. I had the Brisket with Ginger Coleslaw and Beef Tallow fries. Everything tasted amazing. We also got muffins and fruit for Brunch service. It was all fresh and delicious. The amount of tenders my husband got was insane. Definitely worth the price. The atmosphere was very fresh and clean. A little upscale brunch vibe.

This place is fantastic!!
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is always on point, but the best part is the food! I love that they offer healthy options, like tallow-fried fries, Brussel sprouts, and organic chicken. The salads are perfect every time, and the brisket - my favorite item, is the best in all of AL, maybe the South!!
