I stayed here in June of 2024. This is a wonderful place to stay. Cozy beds, nice area, great view. Has all the pots, pans, silverware,glasses, plates that you need. Also has extra bedding, microwave, full refrigerator and stove. Will stay again. We stayed for 3 days and the property manager was always available. There's wood available for the outdoor fire pit and a grill available for outdoor grilling. The price was very reasonable and the living space is very spacious. Will definitely go again

Rural Hill Farms is such an amazing place to have your wedding! The venue itself is very spacious! We had a rather large wedding with 217 confirmed guests and 14 people in the entire wedding party. The venue held all 217 people so well, and there was plenty of room for the wedding party! We used the upstairs room (it’s split into two hallway type rooms) for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready. We used the bridal suite for bride and any and all hair and make up needs! The day was truly incredible, and the owners and event manager are incredible people too! Very easy to work with!

Rural Hill Farm was the absolute best location to throw our wedding weekend. The surrounding property is lush and serene, feels like there is no one nearby but yourself. The event space is very accommodating and provides a flow throughout the small and big pavilions. We were able to have our wedding vision come to life in Tennessee all thanks to Rural Hill Farm. All of the accommodations are on-site offering our guests the convenience to walk the property to and from the event with ease. The tiny cabins, and chalet were all clean and spacious inside given the square footage. Rural Hill also was able to accommodate our RV rentals so we can have our dogs on-site for our wedding. Highly recommend for your next event or if you just want to get away to the countryside of Tennessee!

AMAZING! Rural Hill Farm was the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. The staff is so helpful and accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our weekend stay and our wedding. I was from out of town and had a spontaneous event rental delivery that I couldn't be there for and Emily was very accommodating in making sure she was there and able to accept that delivery on my behalf. The property is absolutely beautiful and made for some great pictures! The cabins were super cozy and all my family loved being able to stay all together, right on site. Overall this venue was a dream. 10/10 recommend. We will absolutely be back for a weekend getaway very soon.

We had the privilege of having my husband's 70th birthday Bash at Rural Hill Farm in Mt. Juliet. This picturesque venue has two nice-sized pavilions that easily covered our 100 guests. Emily, the property manager, was friendly, accessible, and answered every question regardless of how picky! The tables, chairs, kitchen, another AC room, etc. were available for our use. It was nice to not need to rent these separately. Even though there had been recent storms, the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. We highly recommend this venue for your private party, reunion, or wedding. ~The Perkins

My daughter was married here in October and when we visited Rural Hill we were very excited. The views were really pretty and fit the theme my daughter wanted. Surrounded by nature and being told we could rent the venue and all the cabins for the entire weekend we were sold. When the contract was signed and deposit paid NOTHING was mentioned about a future RV park. So when we visited next we noticed land that had been altered and construction going on. My daughter contacted Emily, the manager, and asked what was going on. It was only then that we were informed of the RV park and additional cabins that were being built. So the "You can have this venue all to yourself" was an outright lie! The owners knew what they were doing and chose not to be forthcoming with potential renters. Now make no mistake, the owners have every right to do with their property as they see fit, however being open and honest with people is what should have happened. My daughter emailed the owners about her and her future husband's concerns and wanted to meet with them but the owners couldn't take the time, even though they live within walking distance of the venue, they emailed instead which was the easy way out.

We were told that there would be no RV traffic during the evening which of course wasn't true, several vehicles drove through while the ceremony and reception was taking place. I get it, when you've rented a space to camp you should be able to access it as you please, but as owners with more than enough acreage, there should be separate entrances for both the wedding venue and the camping area.

Now about the cabins. I didn't go into every one, but the two I did see were less than clean.The main cabin where my daughter and her bridesmaids stayed on the surface was nice, but the showers had mold growing on the shower curtain, drain, and shower head. The floors throughout hadn't been mopped in quite some time, and when we moved furniture in the living room for picture taking we uncovered a disgusting amount of dirt and grime. The railings on the stairs are definitely not up to code-there is a huge gap between the railings in the loft area that a small child could fall through. The deck on the main cabin, while big, is in need of repair. Some of the hand rails are coming away from the posts leaving splinters of wood and rusty nails. The stairs on the "bunk house" above the kitchen are not in good shape either.

Perfect location for a wedding reception/family reunion! We were coming from out of town and had never seen the venue in person, but it exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is a beautiful space overlooking the water. We worked with Emily, the event coordinator, who was super helpful throughout the whole process- providing recommendations for vendors (food, bartender, DJ, decor, etc.), answering any questions we had regarding logistics/set up, and always prompt with her responses up to and throughout the day of our event. The venue provided tables and chairs to accommodate our party and the space was clean and well maintained as soon as we arrived. We were able to set up inflatable houses for the kids and plenty of yard games to keep them entertained. Highly recommend this venue for any large gathering 🙂

My now husband and I had our wedding here on August 20th, 2022. It was such a beautiful venue. We loved all the options we had to have the wedding and ended up due to rain having to move the ceremony under the great pavilion. Doing so ended up making the ceremony extra intimate and it was wonderful. Loved that we had options to make any last minute changes we needed to. Emily was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and addressed any questions or concerns we had. We had use of the main cabin and both the pavilions. The main cabin was perfect for us girls to get ready in. All in all it was a great venue and we loved our special day.
