We bought a home in Pacifica and it was so great to work with Mauricio and Jacob. They know the area so well and really helped us understand how the market works here. They went above and beyond in helping us with all things house related. The paint can in our house didn’t match our wall color, and Mauricio helped us color match and custom make a new paint can. After that they helped us sell our condo in SF. They refreshed our kitchen and bathrooms with new paint, mirrors, and lights which made the place look so much better! The sale happened quickly and we couldn’t be more grateful for all their expertise and guidance.

Mauricio & his remax group, in particular Christine treated me as family, it was not just business. They are a "wonderful" church going group, who take their real estate " business" to heart. I can't think of anyone better!

If you're looking to buy in Pacifica, this is the duo you want on your team. It's clear they love the area and they welcomed us in as neighbors. Mauricio leveraged his connections in the area to get us the first look at homes before they came on the market. Jacob wrote us a winning offer that felt like a steal. We're so grateful for all the work they put into getting us into our beautiful home!

Mauricio and his team navigated an extremely complex purchase with professionalism and grace. He was on our side the whole way, negotiated an amazing deal and helped in every possible way. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Don R.
