I absolutely love living here! My leasing agent Karini was very kind and helpful with my move in process and Carol gave me the best Regional Manager experience I’ve ever had with any complex I’ve lived at. She went out here way to show me the patience I needed and it doesn’t go unnoticed! As far as my floor plan I’m obsessed. The largest floor plans I’ve seen for a townhome for rent in this area without costing an arm and leg. Sure the living room isn’t the biggest but the rest of the floor plan makes up for it. You can tell they spent time on what matters most, bedrooms, bathrooms AND a garage! They actually answer the phone unlike some companies and they call back if they can’t answer that very second. Lastly the view that your windows have of the sunrise and sunset is truly something out of a painting. Also like to point out that Jorge and his team are very responsive when it comes to work orders which is also a plus! Happy to call this place home!

Applied here after well before explaining I had a Golden Retriever and Yorkie. They accepted the breed type and once they took my deposit they then brought up the weight which I explained on the phone he was not one of the restricted breeds and not that size but possibly their was a misunderstanding or no one happened to re ask about my golden being over 45lb limit. I don’t know who would know of a golden being 45lbs or less. Also they offer a dog park which is big but what makes no sense after we were now denied for pet size and a complete disconnect with the policy or understanding of what I was told and what was then reassured is they wouldn’t refund my application fee (although I asked for a courtesy regarding my dog being above 45lbs but def less than 75lbs which is the last time he was weighed who knows when). I wouldn’t have applied if they had LISTENED and didn’t make it seem like they would make an exception for him which is why I brought this up on my first call before viewing with my wife! Still don’t know what Golden Retriever weighs 45lbs or less none the less why offer a dog park with such a small pet weight in policy. Beyond me. Besides that we loved the place and really wanted to be there. Goodluck to anyone who has dogs above this weight. Hopefully they can update that policy. That’s way too low of pet weight size.

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Carol give us a tour of the property. Carol gets 5 stars! I do recommend making an appointment to cut down on your wait time. The amenities are amazing, and the homes are beautiful!
We toured the 3-bedroom, and I LOVE the 3rd floor. Sadly, the living room/kitchen area is altogether about 14ft x 13ft, which is really small considering it’s a combined space. All the square footage is in the bedrooms and storage spaces. All the bedrooms can fit a king-size bed, and I think the bedrooms are bigger than the living room/kitchen area. There’s even a very roomy powder bathroom, and the 1-car garage is a good size and height. All of the bedrooms appear to be the same size with the same-size closets. Which is a little disappointing as I’d hoped the master would be larger. The tub in the master bath is not as deep as the tub in the jack-and-jill bathroom, which was also disappointing. It would have been better to just put a shower instead of a baby tub. As someone who likes spending time in the living room, it is just way too small for me to justify the price for myself. But if you are someone who doesn’t really cook or doesn’t need a living room and spends most of your time in your room, this would be a great option. If I still lived with roommates, I’d definitely go for this as the rooms are equal in size and closest space.

Homes are beautiful aesthetically. We were among the first to move in to neighborhood and it was nice at first. However, many issues after move in. So many maintenance requests and it seems as though the townhomes were rush built leading to poor quality - we’ve been directed to our insurance for damages caused by poor craftsmanship on several occasions.

Update - there is a new valet trash service which has improved the trash that residents leave behind. The parking is still a little out of control, but that is beyond managements control. There are bugs in the garage and closets often. However, anytime I have reported the management team have responded with immediate action. Carol and team are quick to action feedback and take care of the residents. The townhomes just aren’t as good quality as I’d personally like, although they are extremely affordable so I can’t exactly complain.

Applied here and paid all the fees app fee admin fee then found something bigger now they telling me it takes 30-90 days to get my money back but nowhere is that mentioned or did I miss it not a good if I was in a crunch to find a place and can’t get my back for 3 months paid with card but they have to mail me a check how the hell is that
