Our 6-night stay here was better than expected. The service was great. Our housekeeper, Aspyn, happily made sure we had what we needed to keep our room refreshed. From clean towels to borrowing her vacuum cleaner for the sand we tracked back from the beach. It was nice to have the food trucks out front each evening as an option so we didn’t have to head out. Breakfast was great except that after one week of basically the same food, it got a little old even for our kids who loved the waffles. The location and parking was easy and located with easy access to the H1. We would stay here again. Just be careful of the heavy doors.

The Residence Inn has a great central Island location in Kapolei with quick access to all the major freeways which makes quick trips to all the favorite destinations. The complimentary breakfasts are a nice touch and every night several popular food trucks park next to the property. They also have weeknight live entertainment on the property. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at the Residence Inn. Tiffany Nozawa, the incredible General Manager, went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of amazing. Her leadership and dedication are evident in every aspect of the hotel’s service.||A special shoutout to Napua, who truly made me feel at home. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made my stay so welcoming and pleasant. She anticipated my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.||Thanks to Tiffany, Napua, and the entire team, I felt valued as a guest and appreciated as part of the Residence Inn family. This level of care and professionalism is hard to come by, and it’s what will keep me coming back.||I highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Came here for our 30th anniversary, booked 6 months ahead , i didn't get an update or anything, when arrived after 14 hours of travel and being exhausted, the room i booked was not available. I booked a suite with a king bed, and they wanted to give me 2 double beds, we spent several hours just trying to find a new hotel , we did find another hotel for the night but it was trash,,, so I found out that this same residence inn had a king bed like I originally booked the day after and for the following week,, we decided to try again and they did not disappoint,,, food trucks every night out front, activities nightly inside. And the assistant manager Paul Mulu helped turn things around with his kindness. Much respect to him. If we ever come back to Hawaii I would definitely be coming back.

Breakfast offers lots of options and the dining space is well organized (can also eat outside which is great). The common areas as well as our suite are maintained in excellent condition. Thank you, Kiana, for keeping our suite well stocked with clean towels and lots of tolietries! Much appreciated!

Room service is horrible. Refresh and full service days are not done on schedule. Full Service is anything but full service. We stayed 14 days, our sink and shower were NEVER cleaned. Sheets were changed, but kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower were never cleaned.

Great location, especially if you have a car. But cleaning is suspect at best.

We were directly above the bar and on Sunday they have Karaoke which is supposed to end at 8:30 pm. It didn’t. It went on until 10:00 pm, pounding on our floor, with LOUD MUSIC and continual singing WELL BEYOND THE advertised stopping time of 8:30 pm.

We called the front desk but nothing changed. The music and singing went on unabated.

If you enjoy your rest and sleep, don’t stay here on a Sunday evenings!!! It’s horrible.

Our country concerns, we’re SUMMARILY ignored. The music goes on unabated.

Update:
I do hope you will keep in mind the multiple military families with small children staying in your facility. These children have to get up and go to school on Monday morning. They should be MORE important than your bar sales to local, non resident visitors.

Update #2 - oh and we’ve been here 12 days, with 3 “full service” cleanings and our shower floor has NEVER been cleaned. It is filthy.

장점으로는 위치가 좋고 취사할 수 있으며 호텔앞 푸드트럭이 있어 맛있는 음식을 가져다 먹을 수 있다. 그러나 객실이 깨끗하지 않으며, 아이들이 너무 시끄러워 밤늦은 시간과 심지어 아침에도 수면에 방해를 받는다.조용한 휴식을 취하려면 절대 숙박해서는 안된다. 그리고 내가 다녀본 호텔중에서 여기 직원들이 가장 불친절하다. 그들에게는 고객을 도와주려는 마음이 전혀 없고 그들이 편한대로만 업무처리한다. 또한 호텔이 외곽에 위치하고 있으며 개방형 주차장임에도 주차비를 별도로 받는다.

We went for a soccer tournament during the busy Presidents’ Day weekend. Oliver C. was amazing to work with booking our group block.| Upon returning back home, we realized that I misplaced my yeti water bottle. I called the hotel and they had it in lost and found. Spoke with Tiana L.and she was so kind to bring it back with her to Maui and deliver to me. She went above and beyond my expectations! Really appreciated her doing that!
