The staff are professional, the apartments are adequate and the amenities are decent.

My one specific complaint is that there are several pieces of equipment in the gym that are either fully broken or in a state of disrepair. They've been that way since at least October of 2024. All 3 treadmills and most of the cardio equipment doesn't work. Considering that the availability of a nearby, tenant-only fitness room was one of the factors my wife and I based out decision to live here on, we are very disappointed that the facilities still haven't been fixed. I've been told that the repair company has been contacted but I was not given any sort of timeline.

The personal is very friendly and eager to help and look for options of ever individuals stay on Reece Crossings. They have pool, gym, internment center as well computer accessible on their facilities.

I lived on the second floor, but I would say the walls are pretty solid because doto I don't hear my neighbors. There is plenty of parking, so you’re never fighting for a spot. The complex is also very, quiet, calm & safe.

However theirs no elevator, so if you order a big and haevy package, it will be I workout to get it up the stairs. Due to the majority of the time, they will live it on the first floor stairs.

It was my first time being here, and so far, I love it. That being said I only been here for 1 month. Let's see what how is my stay here is for the next 2 to 3 years.

I lived at Reece Crossing for almost two years, and it was honestly hard for me to leave. The only reason I left was due to my long commute to work.

I stayed in the two bed/two bath roommate option, and it wasn’t terrible. I had two during my stay, one male and one female and they both were clean/respectful. The apartments are super spacious. The room, closet and bathroom are a great size. The kitchen is also big enough to share and no be in each others way.

I lived on the top floor, but I would say the walls are pretty solid, because I rarely heard my neighbors. There is plenty parking, so you’re never fighting for a spot. The complex is also very, quiet, calm & safe.

It is definitely a great place if you’re trying to save money!

This apartment complex is vile and greedy. Most of the in-office as well as maintenance employees are chill, but the office manager is a cruel and heartless shell of a human being. I was not informed before my lease ended that I would be charged a FULL MONTHS RENT for failing to provide 30 days notice of my intent to leave the complex. I had ETS orders and figured that would be good enough. They could have EASILY sent me an email or given me a call to remind me of this legal obligation (and I would have gladly obliged), but they instead opted to let me get screwed out of >$2k. because why not, right? Why be personable and reasonable when you can be money hungry eh?
If you are a newly enlisted service member looking for housing in the Fort Meade area DO NOT go here. Save some of your BAH and find something off-base! Hell, if you are a human being looking for a rental building run by competent, compassionate people, don’t go here…
Shout out to Reece Crossings for financially scalping uninformed but honest, hardworking people.
Bonus info:
Furthermore, you will absolutely hear every single stomp, creak, and neighborly noise possible upon your moving to Reece Crossings. The walls are quite thin. If your neighbor has a bass guitar, for instance, you will be vastly familiar with their playing.

Never stayed at a place so unprofessional…rude, talk down to you like you are a boy and are obsessed with trying pretend they are superior over you. Since moving here I have received disrespect for no logical reason from the man that works in the front office yelling at me because I did not quickly sign in to the sign in sheet to him making dark, disgusting comments about my size and my color and now today with the older
women who comes late to the appointment of a place that I’m living in paying full price for coming to apartment rude just walks in without speaking and then states when she see my dogs which are recorded on the paperwork that I have, states I don’t like dogs. I ask her would she be able to find someone else to do this process, I don’t feel like the attitude…what ever farcical bias some to many in office have, that’s your problem, but I‘m not going to sit here and take it especially if I’m paying top dollar for an overall expensive apartment. Please, I want a full complaint written on both these incidents and civil professional service for the pre and post checkout process. This was of course never done. Head supervisor never called me. Stay away from this place. Not worth the money. Better local places to live away from mediocre people that feel entitled because they work on a military base. Continue to charge me for rent after 30 day noticed that I emailed them because I did not fill out paperwork which I could not because I was in the hospital with my mom. Even after telling them Alexa de Witt this, said they would not pay it no mind…pure garbage people. Their is a GOD and how you treat people comes back on you, you’re not superior over him.

My experience living at Reece Crossings was awesome, mostly because of how convenient it makes your life. My commute to work was three minutes, and basically everything I needed was also a three minute drive away. The roommate option is a great way to save money as well.

The apartments themselves are good quality and spacious. You have everything you need and even a good size storage room inside your apartment. I lived on the top floor and almost never heard neighbors or had any noise problems, but I’m not sure if it’s the same on the lower floors.

The leasing agents and office staff are attentive and will help you address any issues. One person in particular who goes above and beyond is Shaneka. She is friendly, genuine, and great at her job. Anytime I ran into her around the apartment complex, she genuinely wanted to know how I was doing, and she even remembered my name. Shaneka, you’re awesome and Reece Crossings is lucky to have you on their team! Phillip was also very helpful and professional during my move out process and inspection.

Things to look out for if you decide to live here:

- Key fobs to access the gym/game room, etc. They do not have enough fobs! I waited about a year to get one… wasn’t a huge deal, but hopefully they can secure more fobs in the future so all residents can receive one upon move in.

- Check the appliances before you move into your apartment. I personally had no problems with any appliances, but one of my neighbors had a broken drier for 2 months and claimed that nobody would fix it. So just be careful with this and inspect everything thoroughly before you move in to a unit. I don’t know how the maintenance staff are since I didn’t need anything fixed…

All in all, I think Reece Crossings is a great option for Fort Meade workers, especially if you don’t mind having a roommate and are trying to save money. You will enjoy the convenience of having no commute.

I moved in a couple weeks ago and the staff I have interacted with were amazing. The move in process was quick and easy. Walk-through was conducted thoroughly and the vehicle sticker, pool pass, and gym fob were explained and ready for me.

I think it was Shaneka that helped me, if I got that wrong I apologize, she was OUTSTANDING.

Thank you and look forward to living here.

This was the easiest move in experience I ever had thanks to my leasing agent Shaneka. Everything from application process to move-in day doing the walk through was seamless. She was so helpful and informative from the work order that arose on the spot day of move-in to telling me about Corvias community events. Thank you for your service ma’am.
