We stayed at the Readington surf Resort for nine days. We were not provided items needed to stay for that long. One of each toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, not enough towels for nine nights. We had to wash the towels ourselves. Everything was filthy and gross. Spots on , yellow spots on couch and chair. Recliner did not work. Black mold in the shower, shower curtain was way too long and the threshold was too , to trip over. In the cabinet where the towels were was a huge yellow stain. Dirty flatware and glasses. Blankets were spotted. Rug was gross. Drunk neighbors upstairs were moving furniture day and night. One lady passed out on the picnic table. Called the office and they said no help if it's noisy during the day only after 10:00 p.m , never saw anyone in the office, did not see anyone working in the office or housekeepers to ask for help. Provide supplies or extra needed for this stay. I don't see how this place could pass inspections. They should not allow anyone to stay in this place as filthy as it was. I cannot upload more than one picture. I would not recommend anyone staying here or anywhere else with TripAdvisor. We have come to Madeira Beach for 20 plus years I never had a problem until now do not stay

Stayed here in Unit 3 via Airbnb. Unit was clean and sufficiently stocked. Location was great. Had the pool to ourselves. Met a few of the long term residents and they were friendly. Grounds are clean and I felt safe. On site laundry facility was a plus!

The condo was well appointed and very clean, with a location that can’t be beat! The resort is one of the lovely classic smaller hotels with all of the modern conveniences. Kate, the manager, was very nice and went above and beyond to make the stay a perfect one.

We went to this resort for their restaurant / cafe Mangos. We were staying 2 buildings down and had just checked in so not wanting to travel away, we walked over. It was close to closing time and we were almost the only people in there. The waitress was very friendly and efficient and surprisingly the food was great, fresh and tasty. I would not say it was the greatest but very passable. I had grilled salmon salad and it was very good and my partner had grilled grouper which was also very good. I would definitely return if in the area.

DO NOT SPEAK OF DAYS! THE MAYOR JUST SAID RESTRICTED BEACH ACCESS AND YOU STILL WANT TO HIDE BEHIND RIDICULOUS STATEMENTS. WE ALL KNOW YOU WILL SEEK RECOURSE THROUGH THE FLORIDA FUNDING AND YET, YOU ARE WANTING TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND PUT THEM IN HARMS WAY. TRY DOING THE MORALLY RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME BACK MY $240 . THIS WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL AND THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. GREED AT IT'S FINEST!

The Property Management company is horrible! No one has control over. hurricane No One. They ignore peoples concerns, health, or safety to why they do not want to come after hurricane , don’t follow cancellation policy which states “each owner makes the decision” but they reply so quick you know they are not consulting the Owners and making the decision for them.

The pool will not be usable, there are bacteria concerns from Bay and Gulf mixing, shortage of food, people still trying to clean up.

BE CAREFUL! GREEDY PEOPLE! MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIGIT CONCERNS!

They can choose to be accommodating in unforeseen circumstances out of everyone’s control but choose to be uncaring, rude, and have no concern but getting their money.

Hope you feel good keeping my $240 dollars

Great for the money. Right off the beach and plenty of food and bars within walking distance. They were able to get us into our room early. Only complaint. Is this room the shower is super tiny and the shower head has major room for improvement

Amazing location with easy access to the beach! Check in was super easy and the efficiency room was perfect for my solo trip. My room (unit 2) was updated and very cute. Plenty of shops & restaurants in walking distance.
