A couple friends were staying here for a night and I came by to visit them. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable but what I liked best about this particular place is what I saw before I even walked through the front doors.
Right outside the front entrance was a cat lying on the ground so I walked over to pet it and just as I was deciding that I would take him/her home with me, I noticed a food bowl and an insulated little cat house, and on the other side was a bowl of water. I realized this was no stray cat but a welcome and accepted guest who was obviously being cared for. I've honestly never seen anything like this at any other hotel I've ever been to in my whole life and I thought it was just awesome. Instead of running this cat off, who clearly was without a home and nowhere to go or calling animal control to come capture it where it would possibly be euthanized, they allowed it to stay and went out of their way to provide a safe place for it to sleep, as well as food and water to eat & drink.
It was a sweet reminder that there are still some good people in this world and I was SO happy to see it!
Thank you for being kind and having a heart, it means a lot not only to the cat but to many others like me.

The facility looked new. Nice modern lobby. Check in was quick,agent was very friendly and pointed out the amenities and the location of the room.
My room was clean and modern.
Only complaint was the time for the shower to get hot.

Would not recommend this hotel. I was thankful it was a quick night. It looks like maybe they have done some updates (the flooring & shower tub & nightstands looked new) but otherwise it needed repainting & lots of drywall repair (lots of chips and broken corners on the walls and ) It was dark and dingy. The sofa looked tired and saggy & there were places where it looked like things had once been attached to the wall and bathroom door that were not there anymore. The room had a bad musty smell & the bathroom smelled like stale urine. Thankfully it “seemed” like it was clean or I don’t know if I could have slept.

Front desk clerk was very accommodating when I checked in. Great customer service!! Breakfast the next morning was ok, but the young lady that took care of the area was very helpful in taking care of the guests. The staff were exceptionally trained!!

Vitesh Patel. Please invest in your employees. As a frequent patron I have noticed some losses of really great staff. I too am a business owner. With out a great staff you can end up with an empty building or very bad reputation.
Looking forward to when I come back.

The toilet ran and the cooler smelt like electrical outlet was over heating. Definitely made it hard to sleep but the room was nice other than that. The staff was friendly and helpful when o thought the coffee maker was broken and went to the front desk to ask for a new one but apparently you have to switch on a light switch to make the outlets work, who would have know that but ok. I got coffee

People like Michael and Kaylea really make you feel like the place is your home away from home. They are always warm, welcoming, and take care of each guest in a timely and efficient manner! We will definitely recommend Quality in Maumelle to anyone who is needing a place to stay while visiting the area! Keep up the great work!

My stay had many problems. There was no remote control for the TV in my room and no telephone. The man at the desk was able to provide a remote control and had to come to my room to program it. The door to the bathroom looked as though a mirror had been removed from the door, but the mark left by the glue remained. The comforter on the bed had a sticky place that looked like perhaps it was a small piece of candy or something.
In the morning the water was shut off due to a water leak, so I had no water to shower, wash, brush teeth or flush the toilet. Totally unacceptable.
