Quality Inn, Jesup, fue una agradable experiencia que estoy acostumbrado a tener en cada Hotel Choice. Eso sí, El Hotel necesita una remodelación para arreglar algunos detallitos. Pero en general, satisfecho con la estadía y obtuve lo que esperaba.

Looks good on the outside, but dated in the rooms. Couldn't turn on the shower; the shutoff valve in the tub was broken (room 122) which was ok because sink water didn't get up to shower temperature anyway. Breakfast room heat didn't work, so⅕ had breakfast in cold room (Jan 2025). Only available breakfasts were waffle and cold cereal. Other items out of service. Only positive was the rate $76.

Positive: Good location. Nice staff and accommodating staff Negative: The pictures & description of hotel were better than the hotel itself. The outside needs pressure washing. The rooms themselves were ?clean?, but could use some updating. The breakfast was 2 kinds of hard cereal, apples, yogurt, waffles, Milk, OJ,Coffee

I booked the stay through Expedia. When we checked in we asked the female clerk for extra pillows for my husband. She said no, maybe tomorrow. We went to Walmart and purchased 2 kingsize pillows since the king size bed had only 4 throw pillow size pillows on it. The coverlet on the bed was dirty. The lamp shades were rust stained and the lamps were covered in rust. The shower/tub knob for water had to be turned approximately 10 rotations to turn on as it was stripped. The bottle of shampoo provided was empty. The chair vinyl was peeling all over the back of chair and looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. The doors were filthy. During the night there was a domestic disturbance in the room behind us with a fight and kids running and screaming. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We will never stay here again. The heat/AC unit reeked of mold and mildew. The gentleman clerk at checkout was the only nice thing about this stay. NEVER AGAIN!

Evacuating from Hurricane Milton, this was the only place I could find that still had a room available. Price is good and staff has been wonderful but everything is rundown and broken. Sink has no stopper, shower curtain rod was hanging down (this got fixed), vent fan in bathroom is broken, fridge is so noisy we had to unplug it, carpet is filthy, peeling paint, large gap in door, couldn't get clean towels because they ran out. Breakfast was a joke: coffee and juice machines were broken, only food available was cereal, waffles, and yogurt.

Positive: Lovely staff, convienent breakfast, comfy bed. Negative: Many things. Room had complete water and mildew damage, trip and fall hazards sticking out of bed frame.
