Horrible customer service. Created a misunderstanding and did not own up to their doings like kids. We wanted a refund because we were not able to have any family visit us in the hotel during our stay. They said they had a 10 minute policy where if you don't refund within that 10 minutes you cannot get a refund. 10 minutes is so short. Does not give you time for anything. We found another place better but they would not give us a refund even though it was all in cash. Was maybe like 10-15 minutes after we got our card key as well. So money hungry. They did not even go over that policy with us and yet they expect us to compromise with it when it was hidden from us.

If you have breathing problems, STAY AWAY! Not at all a quality place to be. All the rooms are smoking rooms despite the claims by all staff. Burn marks in the phone, carpet, & bedding next the 'non-smoking room' sign. We had trouble breathing in our room that smelled like an ashtray. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Staff were OK, but acted like guests were an inconvenience from check-in to check-out. Property is less than ideal with damage from previous guests that has not been addressed & staff cursing about management in addition to other staff members. There's a way to change air filters & rid the rooms of smoke smell, but these people don't care to make the effort.

The room was clean and quiet, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast, as there were plenty of good choices. The night front desk staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient for my meetings, too. If I have more work in Winder, I would definitely book another stay here. It felt like a home away from home.

Checked my brother in law in for a weekend stay and guy at front desk acted like he could fare less that I was standing there and then couldn't find my reservation told me to leave my phone number and he would have his manager give me a call later then when I showed him the reservation number and confirmation he said oh you made it online. Duh? Finally checked into room it was spotless but was decent. Stains in tub and sink, spots all over microwave, outlets burned out in lamp beside bed, TV screen was 42 inch but they have the picture scaled down to only view 36 inches of it, coffee pot has a short and only works sometimes, hot water never got fully hot always barely above Luke warm, walls are paper thin and can hear every time someone closes their door or are doing the nasty next door, free breakfast was no hot food, only cereal, no milk, bagels, toast, cold coffee, nasty apple juice. This place is better than the cockroach motel in downtown Winder, but still is very lacking in services and customer appreciation.

Checked in at 3am dead tired. Just needed a quick rest before continuing home. Entered the room and saw chocolate powder (I hope it was chocolate) on the dresser. Went to choose which of the double beds to sleep in to find that one had already been occupied with chocolate spilled on the sheets, and obviously not been changed. The trash was full of food and beer cans. Not a single towel except for the hand towel and one wash cloth. Then as I was trying to exit the room, the door handle was broken and had to have front desk let me out. Glad there wasn’t an emergency evacuation. Will never stay here again. No offer for refund or anything.

Stayed here last minute due to storm and my car not being able to drive on Iced roads. The check in was smooth. Charged me 125 plus tax so $148 total. There’s no lock on the room door for safety. I had to stack furniture against the door. Housekeeping came knock at 10am when check out is 11am. I don’t recommend here.
