I had an amazing experience working with Pulte Homes. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, the team exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The attention to detail, the level of professionalism and the craftsmanship exceeded my standards! Pulte homes goes above and beyond for their families (I'm not saying customer, because I didn't feel like one), and they want the best for us. Communication during the process was seamless, never did I feel uninformed. Special thanks to Jerry, the builder, for his dedication to ensuring everything was perfect, and to Courtney and Clancy, Waterways, Laurie and Christina, Pulte Mortgage, Donna, at the design appointment, for their guidance and support in making my dream home a reality. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder. Pulte makes you feel "at home" before the building even starts.....

We had a great experience working with Pulte in Waterways. The resulting home is energy efficient with a great floor plan. One must accept that these homes are track built homes with average builder quality materials so don't expect flexibility for custom requests. Options are expensive but described well in advance so without surprises.

Two months in and now our entire master shower door and glass panel need to be replaced. Nothing was hung plumb or level. Hinges set over 1/4 out of level causing the door to bow and water on the floor. Glass panel is crooked and not set properly in the channel. Tiles will have to be torn off and replaced. Lack of attention to detail and incompetent subs. I havent mentioned all the issues during construction that also needed to be addressed such as every hinge was painted over... we had the black package! Every hinge had to be replaced. Every mirror hung in all 3 baths were very crooked and not centered....it took 3 tries to get them at least close to straight. I expected better from Pulte. And, I was never sent a post close survey.....wonder why? I reached out to customer care and I was told it could not be sent.

Being in the construction field myself I was hesitant to buy new construction. However we could not be happier with our new home. Throughout the process there was steady communication from our project manager Steven, even when he was out for a medical leave. The attention to detail in every phase was more than I expected given the issues in today’s construction industry. The quality of building materials are some of the best on the market. Any issues, concerns or questions were immediately addressed. A huge thank you to Steven and the rest of the crew at Pulte. And also to our sales associate Steve for the guidance, communication and honest insight.

Just moved in 1/2025. Got everything unpacked and set up in the master closet. 6 days later, the entire shelving system came off the wall. Turns out nothing was screwed into the studs. How do you hang a 10 ft long closet system with just tap screws and nothing in the studs!
