I spoke with a resoptionist named Anna. WOW! She was extremely rude. This is not the first time the receptionist were impolite to me. They don't have information, and won't get it for you. When I mentioned that the other places I was shopping around at had prices available, she said I should just go to them then. They could really use some nicer, more helpful staff. Say goodbye to my business and recommendations.

This is the best medical facility in Hawaii bar none. I have waited for a place like rhis for years and gave up. Long first physical very thorough. They make the appointments with the doctors offices they refer you to. THEY LISTEN, THEY CARE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON WHO HAS A MEDICAL ISSUE WITHOUT YOU BEING A NUMBER. I have never had a long wait. The list goes on and on in my book. Best kept secret in Hawaii

Worst Doctor on Maui. He has a God complex, & a Crappy attitude. His staff was pretty awesome, he should be thankful for them. I've only heard negative feedback about mastroianni, but one can get their cannibal card there, which is why I believe the public wanting that puts up with him, in my opinion.

This man has completely failed me as a physician. I will also be filing a complaint. No matter what you are seeing a doctor for, see anyone else. I would fly to another country before seeing this physician again. It is so sad that the limited healthcare choices on an island has allowed him to stay in business at all. I wish I could put negative stars. Official complaints will have to suffice.

Do not go see him if you just had surgery and are experiencing pain. He will insult you, call you a liar about pain level and will label you as drug abusing and drug seeking. He will threaten to flag your records with hospitals, pharmacy’s and other medical care providers so you can not receive pain management medications. !! I have filed a formal complaint with the department of commerce and consumer affairs for direct discrimination, his rude and discourteous behavior, patient abandonment and neglect, harassment and defamation of character.

I've Been Going There For Year's. I Absolutely Love This Place, They're A Wonderful Family Of Doctors. The Place Is Small & Cute, So You're Treated Well, And Everything's In One Place.. I Did Have 2 Hospital Emergency Visits, And Doctor Mastrioanni & Dr Mike Were There.!! Kind & Caring Doctors, I Wouldn't Trade Them For The World..!! Thanks Guy's 💝
