Typically, I go to this location a couple a times a month. And I always go to this location for birthday cakes and pastries. So, on February 2, 2025, I went in to do some shopping as I picked up a pre-ordered cake and helium packed balloons. The worker at the floral station was amazing. He was professional, patient and very helpful. He helped me to make an amazing arrangement. Then I proceeded to the bakery where I was met by Devin who took my order the day before. The cake was amazing and made as I envisioned.
I then spoke with Brian Roberts, the store manager. I complimented him for the behavior of his staff. As I do believe that the actions of the staff is a reflection of leadership.

Again, I just want to thank these folks for giving me an awesome experience at the Publix store..

Never been to a Publix I didn’t like. The staff is nice as always and clean but they have NEVER had my online ready. No matter what time I order it… how far in advance… I’m always having to come in wait the 25 mins for the sandwiches. I stopped ordering because of it…. Tried again today since it’s been almost a year. Nope same thing. Ordered about 30 mins advance this time. I was shopping in Hiram, took my time, got here, still not ready. Currently waiting per norm. I don’t understand it. When I mean, it doesn’t matter the time.. it doesn’t matter. I have even orders the night before to get it early in the morning when it’s open. Still not ready. They don’t have a good system for that and it’s literally 6 employees behind the counter. I don’t understand why they don’t have someone specifically taking care of to go orders especially when it’s the holiday season and busy times. Not good management wise and I’m very aggravated by it because it’s constant. Plus the fact that I don’t feel good today so that was the entire point of me just ordering didn’t help. Just don’t count on that part but other than that it’s great. I can say honestly that it didn’t take as long as before.

Edit:
They did immediately start on it and my wait was only 5 mins this time. So not a big deal today. Just the annoyance of it not being ready again.

Another edit: get home. They are wrong. Now I gotta come all the way back up again. Called and spoke to a manager about this and it being a recurring problem. Very nice and apologetic about the mistake and offered to fix it immediately. I did have to go back up there but they redid everything without a problem. After a mistake is made, immediately taking ownership and fixing the problem is all you can ask for. Which they did without hesitation. This is why Publix will always have me as a customer because they appreciate my contribution to the company.

Always clean, and I can find what I am looking for. My complaints: sometimes you can smell the seafood dept and they have consistently messed up or totally ruined my mobile sandwich and wrap orders to the point I stopped getting them bc I was tired of bringing them back and instacart is a hot mess.
