I’ve been a loyal customer of this Publix since 2013, and I’ve always enjoyed the quality of the products and service. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience tonight with an online-ordered sandwich.

The sandwich was not only made with the wrong bread, but it also seemed like all the ingredients were hastily slapped together. To make matters worse, there was an excessive amount of mayonnaise—almost as if someone had dumped an entire cup onto it. The sandwich was inedible in that state, so I had to take it apart, scrape off the mayo, and try to salvage it.

This is, without a doubt, the worst sandwich I’ve ever received from Publix, and I’m truly disappointed given how much I’ve enjoyed your store over the years.

I hope you can address this issue so that future orders meet the standards your customers have come to expect.

This is an awesome store. It's always so clean and the staff is so friendly. I was waiting on an employee who was making something for me in the deli and while I waited i had 2 other employees ask me if I had been helped and if I needed anything. The employee who made my sandwich made it perfectly and even added a couple extra pickles at my request. The people here seem happy to be working here, highly recommend this store.

I had the two different half sub turned into salads and they were great. One had the Corden Blue with Gouda cheese and the other was smoked turkey with Swiss cheese I think y'all , lol lol

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE! Me and son were met with disrespect and rudeness by the "self check out" attendant. We also witness a white deli clerk interrogating an African American deli clerk about his instances of tardiness in front of myself and another customer. The customer said to the white deli clerk "mind your own business". This white deli clerk WAS NOT a manager. It was EXTREMELY inappropriate and embarrassing to the African American deli clerk. Im not sure what is going on in this store, but RESPECT, KINDNESS, SND PROFESSIONALISM is lacking! I did notify a manager. He explained he would speak to him. However, in today's climate and the nasty tone in that store, me nor my son felt welcome. We WILL NOT go back to that store!!

Excellent store and customer service. My first time using them to make my daughter's Birthday Cake. It was done beautifully. Great job. I will order this cake again. It was so Delicious! Yes Delicious!
