I would like to leave a review about an employee at the Publix in Crawfordville FL. I want to thank Max (don't know his last name) who works in the grocery part, particularly in frozen foods. Twice he has gone out of his way to help me with a frozen food. He went to the back and brought out what I was looking for. I went again recently but he wasn't there. I asked another employee about the item and he just said they were out of the item. Big difference between these two employees. Please give Max some sort of acknowledgement. Thank you.

Ok. We don’t have this store in Jersey. Everybody down here (Big Bend area of Florida) raves about Publix. Honestly I can see why. The store is clean and organized. They carry a variety of food and I feel they do well with keeping things in stock. Let’s talk about the staff, whatever their hospitality training is, it’s working. Everyone I have encountered there has been helpful and friendly. Let’s talk about their subs 😂 Floridians love their “pub subs” I don’t agree but that’s ok. I don’t go there to buy their subs. Happy to have you in Crawfordville Publix 😊

Best place to get a sub. Staff is fantastic and store is stocked and clean. Love that they have a meat department with butchers you can get stuff cut to what you want.

Lots of parking, staff is friendly, store is always clean. I love the buy 1 get 1 free deals. The rotisserie chicken tastes better than those at costco or sams club 😋

I love this Publix. Everything there is amazing. I also highly appreciate that the carts are easily rollable. I decreased one star because 1) There is a double line that you cannot turn left into Publix next to UPS, if driving in from the South. Nobody respects this because this is the only of two turns to Publix. Just get rid of the double line and let people turn legally. 2) Employees are way too friendly and I can never just check out without them talking to me and commenting on what I’m buying. This is just a grocery store, I’m introverted and highly dislike small talks with strangers I don’t have anything in common with. Can you incorporate a rule like in Uber, that if a customer doesn’t talk first, you don’t talk to the customer? It says “now for the easy part” but it’s my most disliked part. I’ve also observed which clerks are the most annoying and just try not to go to those check outs at all.

I love the selections at Publix. Everything is always fresh. The only time I was disappointed was this week when I purchased this cranberry pecan loaf. It was not soft or moist like the other loaves so I won't be buying it again. Half of it is missing because I put it in the microwave to soften it up.
