My wife and I stayed here to celebrate 30 years married. It was a wonderful place for us to relax and reflect. The accommodations and ameno were perfect. The views were beautiful. And our hosts were responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at one of the company's Nihilani condos in Princeville. Price was higher than we've usually paid for Princeville condos but complete agreement from all members in our party that the place was by the far the best we've stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable, fantastic kitchen for cooking, and really appreciated the nice touches such as quality beach gear, snorkels, etc. And even had lots of spices despite guidebook saying there wouldn't be any. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Loved our stay. This will be our go-to place for future trips to Kauai.

Our stay at the Sandpiper Condominium in Princeville was an absolute delight, thanks to Kory’s exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Kory was warm and welcoming, patiently guiding us through every detail of check-in and parking, making us feel instantly at ease.

The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully lit, and perfectly maintained, creating an inviting and serene retreat. The lanai was one of our favorite features—a peaceful oasis where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine, surrounded by Kauai’s stunning beauty. Kory’s thoughtful extras, like the coffee, wine, and chocolate, added a luxurious touch that made our stay feel truly special.

We’ve been going to Princeville just about every year on the beautiful Garden Island for about 15 years. We love the island and we love Princeville. This is our first experience with Princeville Vacation Rentals, but it won’t be our last. We were contacted just before our arrival date to ask what time we were arriving in case an early arrival time was needed. It wasn’t, but it was a nice touch. We got an email after our first day asking if we found everything okay. It was. The unit was well maintained and in great shape. The day before our departure we were contacted again reminding us of check out time. Another nice touch. We didn’t need anything taken care of while we were there. All in all, we had a great experience with the unit we stayed in as well as Princeville Vacation Rentals. Mahalo!

The place and location are exceptional! Our family truly enjoyed our vacation in Kauai, it’s such a relaxing time. The condo is super modern, loved the kitchen, all the gadgets were provided, from Yeti to Ninja. Comfortable beds which is a must for us. Nicely furnished patio with beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers and a beach umbrella in the storage. All restaurants and stores are within minutes of driving. We would definitely stay here again!

I travel to Kauai a few times a year for work. I have stayed at the Plantation Hale property many times. It is my favorite location for me. PVR has an excellent unit in Plantation Hale. They are all well-maintained and renovated. If your vacation or business is on the east side, you want an apartment rather than a hotel room. Princeville Vacation Rental is a place to start your search.

Our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort was absolutely wonderful and just what we needed! The property itself is exceptional, with phenomenal views and a clean, well-equipped rental with beach chairs, coolers, hats, umbrellas etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the large deck quickly became our favorite spot, offering what might be one of the best views of Hanalei Bay in the entire resort.

We appreciated the well-maintained outdoor grills for cooking, and the amenities like the gym and pool added to the experience. Each evening, we enjoyed the bar with live music—a perfect way to wind down. Staff was always friendly on property as well! Having stayed in many Airbnbs, this unit is definitely at the top of our list, and we can't wait to return!
