I strongly advise anyone I care about to steer clear of The Langoliers Airport. The experience there is far from pleasant. First and foremost, Ratchet Jetblue operates only one flight per day, which severely limits travel options. Once that single flight has departed, you will likely find yourself alone in a deserted terminal, as there tends to be just one or zero passengers left behind.

The customer service at Jetblue is abysmal—it's almost as if they take pride in their lack of courtesy. If you happen to make the mistake of arriving even a minute late, don't expect any understanding. They will leave you stranded without a second thought.

Car rental services practically do not exist. The rental offices are eerily empty throughout the day, and when you inquire about availability, the response is consistently disheartening: they do not have any vehicles to offer.

The lodging situation is equally bleak. There are very few hotels in the vicinity, and the one that is available charges an exorbitant rate of $150 or more for what can only be described as subpar accommodations—definitely not what you would expect from even a two-star establishment. Overall, my experience at The Langoliers Airport was incredibly disappointing and scary, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Use to fly to this airport often with united to go to canadanever a issue. However ever since they made the terrible decision to switch to jet blue no flight options dont know how you stay open.. Getting tired of flying to bangor hope you fix this in the future... miss the quick direct flights.

Airport is closed all day long, Budget signed a one-way contract with me to return a rental on a Saturday at PQI and the airport is closed all day. First the Budget customer service line told me it would open at 4:30-5:30–I went there—it was still closed. Then the customer service line told me they were open from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM on weekends!! Who the hell is going to return a rental then Bottom line, It took me 4 days and 160 miles to return a rental that I only contracted for 24 and they charged me for 2 days. The local guy that works there was useless as he said ‘he only works there and his Budget is not part of THE budget (whatever that means). I asked to speak to the Budget regional manager and he said he was it. I can’t in good conscience recommend this airport or Budget rental to anyone.

Worst so called Airport, nobody works during the day web site is always down can't buy a flight. The phone to jet blue is a joke and same as the Airport, better to drive to Bangor or Portland you might be able to find someone working. Glad it's not a emergency, if I had to I'll go to the hospital first.

It was a neat experience. A vey small airport with only a handful of flights a day in & outbound I believe. Flew in and out from/to Boston Logan on puddle jumper. There were less than ten people on each flight, one or two pilots and a flight attendant included. Small airport staff. Plane refueling, baggage handling, and plane taxiing/flagging personnel were handled by the same crew of two as I remember. Ticketing/checking in/security line were handled by a team of two I believe and a security guard. They were friendly and very efficient. One person manned the car rental department. Other than those, I saw no one else. Everything about this airport is small. I wandered inside this airport from one end to the other before my flight seemingly with no one around. The airport showcases its full history with artifacts of the once stood US Air Force airbase. I really enjoyed my time at this airport. It was so peaceful and refreshing.

This is one of the worst airports I've flown through. I watched a war vet with a cane denied checking his bag, because he was a few minutes late; not for boarding but for checking his bag 45 minutes before departure. They have one gate!!! The irony is that the flight left 35 minutes late. The TSA there is horrible. My wife and I flew 3 days earlier with no problems at other airports, but her driver's license which was only 2 months old was put under a magnifying glass and then she was asked for a second form of ID and then made to tip her baseball cap up to compare to her picture. Then they went through her purse. Completely unnecessary. I'll never fly in or out of this airport again.
